I have had my machine for the 2 years and I zero fault with the machine at all. BUT the customer service, billing and the fact they reduced the machine temperature down to luke warm tea is the reason I happy to take my money else where.

Engineer Adam turned up in alloted time, discussed my issue. Tried to replace heating part but had problem with fuse, popped to van came back with new machine, quick and easy install all good, bascailly just a nice guy, thank you Adam

Had a problem with my machine not heating the water. Spoke to the online chat who arranged for an engineer to attend. The engineer kept me updated on the time he would be with me. When he arrived he found a lot of limescale in my machine which he tried to get rid of but when this wasn’t possible he exchanged my machine for a new one. Their customer service and after care has been brilliant. Very professional.

We have had a water machine for sometime but today we had a lovely new machine fitted by Emmanuel. He called to let me know he was on his way, which was good to know. He was respectful of our property, tidy and professional. He explained the new machine and set up the water dispense volumes for me. Very satisfied with the service received.

Adam S from Taap provided an excellent service. He was very friendly and approachable throughout the visit. The installation was carried out quickly and efficiently, with no disruption. He explained everything clearly and gave very helpful instructions on how to use the system.

What stood out most was his consideration for our home environment—especially the fact that we have children. He took the time to ensure the child lock features were properly set up and explained, which gave us extra peace of mind.

Overall, a highly professional and thoughtful service. I would definitely recommend him.
