Always had such great customer service from OurTaap and today was no exception. Called service phone number, answered straight away, lovely lady on phone who gave me a date when an engineer would come out and fix/replace machine. Engineer turned up, when he said he would, with a smile on his face and lovely and chatty. Liam you are an asset to OurTaap… and now I can adjust water volume in cups haha thank you xx

Very happy with service, Dave T was very efficient and found problem and fixed it fast and well. Very friendly too.

Steffan came out to install our water filter in St Albans, and he was incredibly patient and accommodating throughout the process, especially as we had to reschedule the appointment a couple of times.
