Poor
Paid for next day delivery, apparently the only option, its now going to arrive on Monday, 3 days late (assuming it arrives) sent an email about it and was told if I wanted it on Saturday, the day after it was supposed to be delivered, I would have to pay a further £4.99. Poor service, dpd can't deliver on time and Outback Trading can't do anything about it

Thank you for your review and I am very sorry that you feel this way. You are correct if DPD fail to deliver there is not anything that we can do about it and I do not know what the issue was with your package.
Not all delivery companies will deliver gas so we have to send with DPD as the Royal Mail will not accept it. That is why the express charge applies and not for the fact that you will necessarily receive it next day.
Our delivery timescale on our website states:- Items weighing 2-30kg - DPD Next Day Delivery (24-48 hour delivery)
24-48 hour does not unfortunately include weekends.
We did all we could at this end, when you ordered the gas we packaged it up and it was collected from us the same day.
Hopefully you will receive it today as the DPD website does say that it is out for delivery between 1.13 and 2.13.

Purchased my Didrikson coat online, went in to the shop to pick it up, tried it on but it was very similar in weight and warmth to the one I already had, so I returned it for a full refund. They were very helpful, giving me several options to try on. I settled for my third Didrikson!

Love this jacket
Love this jacket, it's showerproof and warm but can be worn under a shell jacket when really cold. I bought a green one as I already have a navy. The size is XL as I am a 40" chest. Long in the sleeves but perfect otherwise. This jacket arrived really quickly, only to find the wrong jacket was in the parcel.
I rang and they replaced it with the right jacket next day and took the wrong one back. Really good service, it's not what happens it's what is done to resolve it.
