Great lights at a great price with speedy well packaged delivery

I actually ordered then cancelled the order through no fault of yours. I happened to be starting a battle with 'PayPal' to recognise it was immorally unfair of them to insist I spend £17 at my cost to return to the Chinese maker the rubbish that was sent on to me after the thieves had stolen my 'tracked' ordered £71.99 priced '90.000 LUMEN TORCH', and sent on to me a substute relabelled package that my ordered torch would not fit into, just to hide the point in transit where my torch was stolen. When I have finished with PayPal I will get back to you and re-order the lamps and bulbs but pay for them without using PayPal ever again for anything.

This light was ordered on line and came within the time stated. I’m very pleased with it. Can’t wait to get it fitted in the porch.

Was able to speak to the shop for advice and made easy online order. Goods shipped and arrived by DPD a couple of days later. Excellent all round service. Thank you.

Terrible service from the outset.
When initially placing order via web site, site stated products had a lead time of 2-3 working days BUT then received an email stating a 14-16 working day lead time.
Responded to this email requesting order to be cancelled but no response received. Chased again via email a few days later and still no response.
Have tried ringing them on multiple occasions with no answer.
No credit been refunded even though order placed roughly two weeks ago.
Terrible, terrible service - will not shop from here again!

Very nice appearance of lights- look like glass but don’t break if you drop them like the glass ones do .

The item seems OK but the instruction sheet supplied in mostly irrelevant, and more important things like chain adjustment and fitting it are missing.
The hanging plate is designed for attaching to a porch ceiling or similar and not for use in the garden or on a pergola, which is what I wanted it for. A bit of creative installation will be required.
I was not impressed to get request for a review before the item arrived.

Lovely light , easy to use and charge . Light looks good , but speaker has no bass!

Unfortunately 2 of items were broken in transit, no fault of the supplier, they rectified this immediately without hesitation, very professional. Placed my second order already.
