Cheap looking & felt like plastic .. colours were not the same as the website

The lights came in to boxs one box had a small hole in it But it was well packed so no damage very well please with lights better than expected

Very disappointing experience. Ordered a light but no communication on delivery for days. I had to contact them several times requesting updates to be given a stream of excuses and evasive answers. Clearly they did not have the item in stock when they sold it to me and had no intention of admitting that they were unable to deliver having taken my money.
Only efficient experience was the speed of the refund after I cancelled the order after more than 2 weeks of waiting.
I will never use them again.

A great site and one I was glad I came across. Got the item i wanted at a very reasonable price. Delivered as promised and all ok.

For direct contact, it was an phone answering service but they did return my call the following day. They were very helpful . I had trouble getting an item delivered in time by another company but this company was excellent, and not only was the item much cheaper, it was delivered in a few days !!

After placing my order I have received no communication confirming my order, received no communication about delivery and have not received my item.

Trades under the name of Tiffany lighting apparently yet no communicatin after the order to this effect. Hence difficult to get hold of and confusing.
Item arrived after chasing even after monies taken 1 week earlier.
Packaging not the best either.
Won’t be using again.

As good as many online sites. Item took a week to arrive, about normal. Fine.

I ordered some outdoor lights to be built into a wall. Website showed a 7 day delivery. After ordering, the email said 10-14 days but that they would notify if not in stock.
No notification, but after 15 days, I’d heard nothing. You can’t call this supplier directly. Calls go to an umbrella company. To be fair, they called back promptly but told me that ‘they might be in next week’
Given the uncertainty, I cancelled the order and requested a refund.
They agreed this with no argument and effected the refund very promptly.
I subsequently found the same product at a different supplier, for a lower price, and got next day delivery.

Still waiting for my order which was placed over a week ago. Customer Service have said it hasn't arrived to them yet so very disappointed as website said within the week :(

My lighting was beautiful but the wrong size.
Rand to enquire about a refund, what marvellous service, lovely man couldn’t have been more helpful.
