I ordered Leki Makalu walking poles. These are of course a high end product. The website was easy to navigate and the price was good. Delivery was very quick too. I highly recommend Outdoor Clothing!

This purchase made online but have used their retail shop many years ago.
Merrell MOAB walking shoes were good price, delivered quickly and the subsequent exchange (for a larger size) was resolved in same speedy manner with the assistance of Elaine in returns who was friendly, helpful and very efficient. Like others, incurring returns postage (clearly stated) for a size issue was a slight niggle but the overall pricing balanced this.

Make sure you read the small print in their T&C's.

Purchased what i thought were a brand new pair of shoes only to receive ex-display in a different manufacturers box.

Shoes had clearly been worn and when I contacted them all they did was refer me to their T&C's which stipulates that shoes may come in a non original box and may be ex display.

It's really poor that you have to read through T&C's to find this out but certainly wouldn't risk purchasing from them again.
