I ordered the Moon Valley Rutic Tete-a-Tete Yard Swing from Outdoorsiness which was listed for $657. One week later, after not receiving an order confirmation, I contacted Outdoorsiness via Live Chat and was notified that my order was cancelled because I did not confirm a shipping date. The representative claimed that they attempted to contact me via email which surprised me as I am diligent in checking my email. I then verified that they had my correct email address which they did.

When I requested that my order be reinstated I was told that I would have to place a new order, oh and by the way, the price has since gone up to $819.99, an increase of $162.99.

I have since ordered a swing from another company which appears to be more trustworthy and so far communication with them has been positive.

Wonderful service, easy to use website and quality products. I was more than happy with my purchase!

I was very impressed with the pedestals I received they were easy to hook up and install. It took awhile to receive them but it’s that way everywhere. Best price I could find. I did have to find the meters best place I found for them was Texas meter and device. I will definitely buy from here again. Debby

We received the product on time, In good condition, and it has performed as expected.

The product was delivered in great Shape and was as advertised.

Two of the chairs arrived damaged. I sent pictures to the sales department and have had zero response. Unimpressed with the customer service.

We loved the mailbox, it seems so sturdy. The customer service was excellent!!!

Good company to deal with

A $10.00 difference in 3 vs 4 seat table, invoiced $500. plus shipping!!!!!! who ever's fault it was in ordering

Attempted to order a outdoor table on line, the site was not working. So i called and seemed to be a nice guy Matt ordered our table and when install we received an ADA or ? 3 seat table when we clearly wanted a 4 seat. So i called and he was not available, when finally spoke matt was not helpful, just said he would send an invoice for the 4th seat. (a difference of 10.00) between 3 seat and 4 we received a $500.00 invoice plus shipping. After this transaction i could never recomend this company.

I ordered 2 double over queen bunk beds. The product was shipped per the original schedule... but I received 2 queen over queens that would not fit in my bunk house. After some discussion of options...I returned both beds and received a full refund with absolutely no hassle... which I really appreciated! Hence the rating

Should of made purchase sooner, But, who knew we were going to have SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES.

My wife loves her swing. Best Bday present I've ever bought her. Outdoorsiness was attentive to my questions. Their answers to my questions were prompt and helpful.

Took a little time but we ordered well in advance so it was all good. You were very good about keeping us informed about what was going on and on when our order would be shipped. Would order again from you and would tell friends and family to order from you.
