Item was as advertised and arrived in perfect condition.
Company did their best to combat supply chain issues and the delivery date was accurate.

I recieved my items undamaged and it tact. They are the only company I could find to sell me rv pedestals. Good work and thanks for being there outdoorsiness.

Everything was as expected, there were a couple of things that I would have preferred, another board for the top so they could be closer together and the screws that were for the top boards were a little too long, if you didn't have enough angle on them, they would come out the top. Otherwise they turned out great.

The product finally sent was of better quality than expected. Great price.

Still haven't received our entire order that was paid for months ago.

I ordered an RV outlet panel with 50/30/20A receptacles. Stated lead time was 6-8 weeks. It took a little longer than 8 weeks but was worth the wait as the panel is very high quality.

I have looked and looked for a sturdy chair like this. Lots of flimsy stuff out there. This chair feels as good as it looks. Sturdy and comfortable. I bought one and it lived up to my hopes. I decided to get 3 more cause this is a good price for this quality of chair.

The customer service was fantastic, and the product we received was what we ordered and wanted. The manufacturer was very backordered and didn't make Outdoorsiness aware until well after our order was placed, so it was frustrating how delayed the delivery was in the end. However, your rep kept me apprised of the situation, was very patient with my numerous inquiry emails, and was usually very quick to respond! If the communication had not been so good, I would have cancelled the order and looked elsewhere. Quality of swing was very good. Only thing was it took a while to receive it.
