I ordered what I thought was an Easter Bunny arrangement to hang on my front door. When it arrived five weeks later I could not believe what I received. A small pile of crap in a plastic bag. I was livid. They did not want to refund my money. I am certified by the Department of Justice as a Crime Analyst. This company is a scam!

Received my items in record time...exchanged emails prior to delivery.....I want to return my items thinking it would be no problem....they don't fit and I don't like.....I am on my 4th call 5 emails and 1 text......It was funny they emailed me right back when I was ordering....DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.....

Their preferred contact method: email. Thus, "Don't call us, we'll contact you"; unacceptable. Does anyone wait for the "processing" status to change?

I made my first and only order from Outersports recently after having a good experience exchanging emails about product questions. But then they accidentally sent me a wrong item, which happens, but it took 2 emails, 1 phone call, and 3 weeks to get a response. I exchanged the item (long underwear bottoms) and finally got the correct item only to have the odd experience of wearing a pair of long underwear that fit, but had a waist so tight it caused me back pain. I do not fault the company for that, but I do fault them for their clothing return policy - they do not accept anything that has been worn. I understand most of the time you try things on and return if they don't fit, but how could I possibly know my back would hurt without wearing the item? I contacted them and got no response. Lack of response is simply unacceptable, and trumps my other complaints.
