The worst customer service I’ve ever…
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Appalling. And I’ll add their sizing at least for the US market is a joke. If you’re larger than a 40R forget it. This isn’t a brand for you.

I’m a very large person 6’1” tall, 50”+ chest and broad in stature.
I would like to be able to order clothes that fit a larger person like me but I cannot find.
I’d like to see larger sizes stocked by Boglioli.
I’m with Markus, brilliant jackets, I have four of them already, absolutely outstanding.
However - they really need to UP their digital processes.
Received several emails and chasers on their Black Friday offerings - finally bought another jacket on “the final day” 27. November. For six days I hear nothing, but that’s not unusual, the last jacket I bought took two weeks + to get to London.
However today I get a very impersonal email cancelling my order, no reason or explanation given. So now waiting for the advised refund of what I paid.
When you go on Boglioli’s website, you can still purchase the jacket in the correct size - but at the full prize.
Very off putting business behaviour as much as I like their clothes!! If you don’t want to offer discounts, just don’t (like Gucci or other Kering brands).
be carefull ordering, you may wait for weeks to get a refund as I did. Also you get charged for returns with €15.00 for each item, with an advice to their sales terms. When I complained for this with my advise that I bought goods for over €300.00 against 200.00 I returned because too large and expect some more friendlyness to customer, I received the answer that other customers had no problem with that and making an exception for me would be a lack of respect for all other customers who have so far complied with their terms! Therefore: Service is bad with a tendency to arrogance, quality is nice, but compared to other labels of same level, in my eyes prices are not realistic to what you get. Also negative: More or less all clothes they offer are "do not wash", dryclean only, even cotton and linen, which is not quality predicate and shows me that this company will not carry any risk for their products.
quality similar to drumohr, fedeli, barba, if not worse.
price point is somewhat much higher for wool.
would only recommend for sale.
