E-Bikes Direct Outlet Reviews 

This has been my first experience of E-Bikes. I can honestly say that they, Davey,have been nothing but so helpful. They informed me that during this period they are all working from home but communication was second to none. Any issue I had was dealt with immediately and professionally. The bike was due to arrive between the 22nd and 23rd, it arrived on the 21st thus proving that E-Bikes is a professional outfit and I will be dealing with them again. I live in Somerset and there are few bike shops around but none who could supply and made excuses about the current situation and not being able to supply a product despite their adverts. So massive respect and thanks to E-Bikes from two hard working NHS staff. We Will be back.

Exceptional 1st class service!!!! Bought 2 adult bikes...had a small problem where a part was damaged due to transit...not only sent replacement part but also gave me a small refund for the my troubles! Recommend to all!!!!!

Bought a flush toilet potty from here, originally it arrived damaged but the customer service was amazing I received a new flush potty and my boy loves it, sounds very similar to my toilet upstairs.

Ordered an amazing unicorn car from this company via eBay on Saturday, dispatched Monday, arrived a day early on the Tuesday. Lovely quality car which my little girl loves and my family are all enjoying pushing her around in! Would recommend / order again :)

What a great seller, I found the same bike I wanted on alternative site who had poor reviews, so i email E-Bikes Direct, they not only matched the price but beat the price by an extra 7%. Saving me £26😁
Their service was very quick and reliable with free delivery, bike arrived within 48hrs of payment.

Purchased a new Byocycle FDXL folding bike, it looks like a cross between a mountain bike and a commuter bike.
The service and email replies from Garf have been top notch, shame that can't be said about parcel farce .

This review is not directed at the staff of this company but is directed at the MANAGING DIRECTOR. Had to buy a new hub for my Oxygen bike. Dealing with the MD at there company premises in notice the guy was talking very loudly, almost shouting. At the time I thought he must be a bit deaf, until another customer arrived and his demeanour completly changed.
Never did understand what his problem was so I put it down to some sort of issue he had. Who knows !.
When the first hub / wheel arrived I was there when the box was opened, low and behold the power cable coming from the hub was damaged, I looked at said MD who didn't look happy at all. Oh well I thought. But inside I was cracking up, ha ha ha ha ha.
Did get another wheel eventually, all good.

1st delivery came damaged - box and items inside, ok not e-bikes fault and replaced after sending bike back. second bike arrived same poor quality finish on transfers as 1st bike. Instructions were shocking, bike was for 5 year old daughter which iu put together on xmas eve, took 4 hours and still the fittings dont work, took to halfords and they said the parts werent compatible. She still hasnt ridden it after 2 weeks. Never again buying a bike online.
