Great buying experience, ordered a Merida EOne-Sixty 900, had a minor issue that Darren sorted out for me, the bike arrived already built and ready to go. What an incredible bike, great service all round - 5 Stars!

I highly recommend E-Bikes Direct. They communicated well at every stage of my purchase. When you're spending thousands on a bike it's good to know you can trust the company that your dealing with. I had a minor problem with my bike and it was quickly sorted out by Darren from customer support and his team.

I recently bought a Raleigh Motus 2020 Open Derailleur from e-bikes direct and cross-threaded the pedals on assembly. On contacting e-bikes and speaking to Darren Thomas he said they were happy to send me both cranks and pedals - and a crank extractor as well. He said there would be a time delay at their suppliers end but as promised the items duly arrived, along with a bike lock as a bonus. Darren replied promptly to my emails and kept me informed throughout the process and I can only praise their excellent service in this matter. I would recommend this firm to any-one interested.

I bought a Basis Osprey which had useful straps for holding luggage at the back. When I pulled hard on a strap the clip at the end broke, making the straps unusable. I phoned E-Bikes Direct and Josh asked me to send a photo to show the broken clip. He then sent new straps free of charge. That was good! But I think the straps should have metal clips that can't be broken by pulling hard. I also think the top gear of 6 could be quite a lot higher, and could do with more power on the steep hills of High Wycombe, but mostly I'm enjoying learning to ride the e-bike.

Absolutely fantastic company and staff! Bought two Basis Osprey folding ebikes which in their own right a superb bikes - Highly Recommended, 5 star bikes.
David and sidekick Josh are top notch guys, pulled out all the stops and got us our bikes in time for our holls.
We cannot recommend the staff or company enough they are a superb bunch and deserve top accolades for their efforts. Have no hesitation in getting anything ebike from them.

I took delivery of 2 folding ebikes about a month ago. I ordered them about 3 weeks before delivery, the delay being due to high demand at that time due to covid.. They arrived on the day expected via Tuffnells, are of the quality I expected and the batteries last better than expected. Very pleased and would recommend e bikes direct as an online retailer.

Excellent service from this company.
I bought a ladies red whisper bike and unfortunately my front brake went.
I called the company and they offered to pay for my local cycle shop to do it and they would pay, bring it in to them or have it collected.
I chose to take it to them. Darren was very helpful and sorted it out in no time. I also managed to scrap a bit of paint off on my friends bike carrier and they also sent me some red touch up paint.
Can’t recommend this company highly enough. Good old fashioned friendly service .

Darren at E-bikesdirect.com has always been extremely courteous, helpful and kept me in the picture regarding an issue with my recently purchased ebike. The battery failed while under warranty and Darren organised a replacement from Bosch, keeping me informed of progress all the time with no hassle and posted it out to me asap. Well done!

Few damages on a Third Party Item. Pool. Rob Miller was straight on the the case to try and solve. After few days of no luck with third party company, Rob solved problem himself and we were generously exchanged with the item that very day. Happy children again!! Thank you, will definitely use again despite the issues due to excellent aftercare. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brilliant company to deal with! Rob was outstanding at helping. Had issues with my new road bike and he sent out new parts for it with no problem! I asked if I could just send the bike back and he agreed, bike was boxed and they organised a pick up date! Refund was in the bank within 3 days! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant service. It's our daughters birthday this week and we left it very late to order her a bike for her birthday. We rang the company beforehand and they said they would get it out to us the next day once the order was put through. The bike arrived 2 days after being ordered which we were over the moon with.
We had a small issue but after a phone call with one of the customer service managers this was resolved within 24 hours to our complete satisfaction. We extremely happy with the service we have received and would recommend E-bikes for anyone looking to purchase a bike.

I ordered my bike on Tuesday afternoon and it arrived on Friday morning. I put it together on Saturday and have ridden it every day since! I absolutely love my new bike.

I’d never ordered a bike online before and was a little nervous. Before purchasing, there were a couple of questions I needed to ask and Sam from the Customer Service team helped me out. Sam was so friendly and helpful and made the ordering process a breeze.

Also, E-Bikes Direct stocked my bike for much cheaper than the other websites I looked at, which was obviously a bonus!

I’ve had so many compliments on my bike (I bought the Raleigh Propaganda) and have made sure to tell everyone where I bought it and how happy I am with the service I received.

I have had very helpful customer service from e-bikes over the purchase and return of an e-bike. The bike arrived within the time frame set and in perfect condition. I had to return it as I had misjudged the size (discovering that a small frame measured from crank to top of seat tube didn't result in lower standover height). My initial enquries about the bike, and then how to return it were all dealt with well via email despite the limitations of Covid19 & phone lines not being open. Replies came 24 hours later as e-bike warned they would, but came sooner when we were checking when the bike pick-up would happen. Thank you Rob and Garf.

The item is exactly as described and the seller is Very communicating and Responsible person.
When I ordered the item he sent it three times, because of the refusal at the collection point.which is totally out of his control.
