Quite fast delivery, faster than ever before.
I bought two trousers that were as expected and in perfect condition.

I have sent several requests to them and none have been answered. They sent me the wrong size and I want a refund. And the return shipping label doesn’t show up when I try to get one. Their app has so many bugs and errors in it, especially when you try to contact someone. In my account, there is a record of my attempts to contact them and each of them spanning over a week have been ignored.

Also the item said it would be delivered AT MY HOME between Feb 11 and Feb 15. It didn't even get to customs until February 16 which means the delays were before Canada Customs. Your estimate was incorrect and it has nothing to do with Canada Customs or Canada Post. This company has a history of grossly underestimating the delivery dates to boost sales. Then, even when it knows they are being inaccurate, they wait until the problem occurs and will blame postal issues or customs on the customers end. But as I already knew before and as my most recent purchase has now proven, it has nothing to do with their excuses. It is entirely the company intentionally and wilfully marketing delivery dates that it knows are not going to be met and hiding behind the word “Estimated”. By whose estimate? The marketing department who wants your money.

I canceled the order I made and I'm waiting for my money back.

JAN16th. Their response was that they are in touch with the carrier and that they are trying to resolve the issue. Not what the issue is, where the boots are or when I can expect delivery.
Will engage Credit Card company to see Chargeback process.

JAN 14th. Promised an update 2 days ago and still nothing. Gone back to on line chat and WA, both producing no results let alone a reason for the delay . Shocking Customer Service.

Still waiting for a pair of Wellies order 2nd JAN and paid extra for faster delivery. Trying to contact them is useless. Automated response on WA asking to provide the order No and then nothing. Tracking the parcel link is also useless as all it tells you is the product has been dispatched but not where it is now or when to expect delivery.

Still waiting for a pair of trainers I ordered two weeks ago. Tracking tells.menthey are still in Spain and haven't moved.

It may seem cheap but the hassle will turn out quite expensive. This is a scam company. They won't deliver the products and they'll keep your money. I didn't know this level of incompetence was possible.

They have finest products and brands, with very good quality and affordable prices, but I don't understand the way to sell they have, because is not for one time that I haven't gotten some items after purchase and so I have to wait for refund. I think they don't have their own warehouses so after one purchase they look for the items ordered at other stores providers. So, sometimes, is very disappointing.
Also, their customers attention is some poor and they need to improve clearly.

This company appears to be a trading name of Tradeinn, a company that I’ve had problems with. I believe them to be not complying with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and I believe their UK VAT registered address to be TRADEINN RETAIL SERVICES S.L., ADVANTAGE 87 CASTLE STREET READING BERKSHIRE RG1 7SN.

Everyone using Trustpilot has stories about the effort they’ve had to put in to get companies to do the right thing, or comply with the law. There is a longer story here too, but for brevity: I ordered a tent. A Tradeinn company (perhaps even the one you’re checking out on Trustpilot now) sent the tent. The tent was broken. I asked for a refund under my “short term right to return” (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015). Tradeinn agreed to refund me (for example, James' email of 18 November 2020 12:31). I sent the tent back to Tradeinn. Tradeinn then sent the tent back to me (hang on…this isn't the next move I was expecting). I refused delivery, meaning it was sent it back to Tradeinn. Tradeinn, despite having accepted they would refund, have now re-sent the tent back to me…again. I know, pure comedy, right? Well maybe it would be, except they have wasted costly hours of my time, failed to provide me with a working tent in time for a camping trip, have owed me more than £500 for nearly three months and never seem to read anything I send them or answer any questions I ask.

I’d strongly suggest you avoid this company - at Christmas, sure. But all the year round too.

Horrible service!!!! Placed an order (order number 19370977), paid for the order and after one day they come and tell me that the product is out of stock. So I cancel that order and place a new order (order number 19399291) paid for it and what happens....again out of stock. Complain with the customer support service through their chat, and gives me this long story of not being able to guarantee errors of stock and that if I want to be guaranteed 100% of the availability I should ask before purchasing!!! What is this, a brick and mortar!!! Not worth the time or effort....never again!
