Poor delivery
My order arrived 7 days ago to Postnord terminal in Finland, 10 km from me, and I am still waiting for the delivery. Its now 11 days in total and counting..

If you are looking for quality outdoor gear, Outnorth is your go-to shop.
Purchased Stavre Icebug shoes and the shopping experience was smooth, but the delivery was a bit slower than expected, but that is probably due to international shipping.
The shoes themselves are relatively small, these are my second pair of Icebug's and I usually use size 44 (EU) on other shoes but even size 45 and 45,5 Icebug feel small on my feet, but that is a manufacturer issue, not a retailer problem.
So as for Outnorth working hard on having a great looking website, both responsive and for desktop, and a great variety of outdoor gear I give them a full 5/5 stars.

not the gloves i expected
not the gloves i expected, my hands gets cold during ride outside.Make it better and put the temprature limit it can tolerate like -20, -10 etc

For the specific gloves you bought there is no given temperature that they would generally always tolerate. It is also very individual how cold temperatures one tolerates. Some people use e.g., glove liners to add layers under their gloves/mittens to stay warmer. Some people might sometimes in extreme temperatures take help from hand warmers that can be placed inside the gloves. There are different kinds (e.g., snap and heat or battery-powered).

Winter is coming, but a much needed coat delivery came faster!
The selection of both new and outlet clothing is large and I found a perfect winter coat at a very good discount price. The shipment was handled fast, packed well and the product (which was classified as an outlet item) was in perfect condition with tags attached.
