I was in a rush
I was in a rush, since my previous sleeping mat broke and trip was coming. Ordered new one last thursday from Outnorth. It left from Outnorth next tuesday!?! There is no way that I can get on friday when trip starts. Yep, I got mail that it is sent on friday, but it was just prenotice for postnord. And yes I know that you have 3 days sending policy, but nowadays it just sucks ***. Most likely will take 2 weeks to get stuff from this company.
I even asked from customer service, that is there any way to get this quickly. Customer service just repeated what is in the homepage. Not recommended for fast needs

I have checked your order and delivery and I can see that the order was packed and sent from our warehouse in Gothenburg the day after you placed the order. Unfortunately there seems to have been a delay in Postnords warehouse and I'm sorry if that causes you problems.
We don't offer any express delivery and since the order was packed within 24 hours we couldn't have done it any faster.

The order arrived within 4 working days from the day it was shipped, which is within the estimated delivery time. I believe that the package didn't have space in the first locker, and in these cases the package will be delivered to the next locker close by. After two weeks no sign of delivery!
I made my order on July 3, 2022. After two (2) weeks, on July 15, I had to contact customer service: the delivery had still not arrived and no information was available about the order’s whereabouts in Budbee. The Customer Service employee said the order had been stuck for this time in Gothenburg/Göteborg as ”many of the orders recently have been”. I am absolutely dissatisfied with the utmost neglegence of customers and lack of sense of urgency to contact the customers in case of such major issues in supply chain process. You lose the trust of your customers with a behaviour like this.

It sounds peculiar that nothing would have been done to the possible issue of having several packages stuck in one place for several days. Return will be charged but exchange will be free. I like this way, because this prevents people from making use of free delivery policy and also encourages people to buy what they really want to buy.
However, the selections of productions are still quite limited. For example, I want to buy pillows from Sea to Summit, but the web store doesn't have pillows of this brand on their shelves (other types of product from this brand are available).
