We had an incredible experience traveling with Out of office to Thailand for our wedding ceremony/ honeymoon! Everything was flawlessly organized from start to finish, we put our brains on the shelf and Alice took care of every detail, we literally just needed to show up! Our wedding beach ceremony left us speechless and it was carefully curated down to the forks on the dinner reception!

We travel a lot. People often ask us what our favorite trip has been so far, and our response is always the same: “Every place we visit is so different. It would be too unfair to compare.”
Until now.
The trip Wolf O’Neill planned for us through South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Botswana has by far been the best vacation we’ve ever taken. From restaurant suggestions to stays in national parks, it truly felt like we were dreaming.
In South Africa, we stayed in a manor whose staff made us feel at home. In Kruger, we stayed on a train converted into a luxurious hotel atop a bridge over a river, where we were greeted every morning by hippos, water buffalo, elephants, and kudu. In Botswana, we stayed in a tropical oasis on the Chobe River, where we enjoyed safaris both on land and water.
We’re now in the process of planning our next trip with Wolf’s help. We can’t wait to see what he has in store for us next!

Alice planned the most magical Grecian honeymoon we could have imagined.

From Athens to Crete to Santorini, every part of the trip felt thoughtful, seamless, and completely tailored to us. We were able to actually be present and enjoy our honeymoon because we always felt taken care of. The hotels, experiences, transportation, recommendations, and little details all came together to make this truly the trip of a lifetime.

But what really sets Alice apart is that she didn’t just plan an incredible vacation for us. She taught us how to travel.

We learned so much from her throughout the planning process about how to build an itinerary, what to prioritize, how to navigate unfamiliar places, and how to experience a destination without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. We came home not only with incredible memories, but feeling like much more confident travelers than when we left.

There were so many moments throughout Greece where we looked at each other and said, “Alice absolutely nailed this.” She understood what we wanted from our honeymoon, sometimes better than we knew how to articulate ourselves, and somehow turned it into nine days that felt adventurous, romantic, relaxing, and completely us.

Planning a honeymoon can feel overwhelming, especially on top of planning a wedding, and having Alice in our corner took such an enormous weight off our shoulders. We trusted her, and she delivered beyond anything we could have planned ourselves.

We’ll remember this trip for the rest of our lives, and Alice will always be a huge part of those memories. We cannot recommend her highly enough. If you want someone who will not only plan an extraordinary trip but help you become a better traveler along the way, Alice is your person.

After working to resolve some health and professional issues and on the verge of retirement, I was desperate for a bucket-list kind of vacation that I had been unable to take but had long fantasized about. I was confused and overwhelmed how to plan such a thing myself. I consulted with Wolf at outofoffice, and we discussed what I was looking for and my budget. He came back with a suggestion that I liked, but I realized wasn't the experience I was looking for. I sent him back to the drawing board and he came up with the perfect holiday, a trip to Sri Lanka where I could see wilderness and archeology, followed by a jaunt to the Maldives for luxury amidst turquoise waters. The global situation necessitated some adjustment to the final plan, but when August came around, there we were flying business class on Turkish Airlines for 9 nights in Sri Lanka followed by 3 in the Maldives, with a short layover in Istanbul, on the way back a long enough one to enjoy some Turkish food in the airport lounge.

The trip was exactly what I dreamed of. Wolf had insisted he was picking lovely hotels, and initially I was like "ok whatever." But when we got there, I realized how incredible his hotel choices were; and I realized the amazing thing about the trip was that all the hard stuff was done; somebody else was worrying about the details and the planning had been done magnificently. The hotels we stayed at were uniformly extraordinary. Our guide for the entire time in Sri Lanka was Srinath, who shared his prolific knowedge of his homeland in great detail and escorted us from place to place. We saw the sites at Polonaruva and Sigirya, we roughed it at Gal Oya and went on two jeep safaris to successfully see elephants. We stayed in the hills amidst tea plantations, and then went down to Galle for some street time. We ate magnificently, both Sri Lankan and European/American food. My partner and I were treated like royalty at every step. The "airport hotel" we stayed at before two early flights wasn't a grim place to stash your suitcase, but a gentile garden oasis of calmand good food and drink. All the details of the flight to the Maldives and then the seaplane to the resort were taken care of at every step; we worried about nothing. The Lux resort in Maldives was everything I imaged about the islands and what a luxury resort was like. Falling asleep in a giant hammock/basket outside on the private deck over the ocean, and then awakening to a sunrise was a life experience I will always treasure. The only disappointment was that some of the resort activities we looked forward to like swimming with whale sharks were full booked; but it was still an extraordinary experience. I got what I was looking for, an other-worldy, once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Both countries were beautiful, and people we interacted with were uniformly open and welcoming: hotel staffs in both countries, guides, the cooking class instructor, people who you just met on the street. When the trip was over I felt ready to resume my regular life, but so enriched with amazing experiences.

My husband and I booked a two week vacation to Italy and Greece through Out of the Office. It was THE BEST travel decision we have ever made. Wolf O'Neill was our luxury travel expert and he did an outstanding job. We were able to tour 4 beautiful cities. All travel reservations worked cohesively with no issues. Our accommodations were stunning. The excursions and tours were so cool. He checked everything off our list. It was the trip of our dreams! Thank you for everything!

Worse managment , place was dirty , water was yellow , bugs everywhere when message Kourtney she ignored our messages. Stay away is my best advice this managment doesnt care about anything but the $$

Wolf put together not only a memorable vacation but what our family is referring to as a trip of a lifetime. Every detail carefully curated and planned with thoughtful care, after taking the time to get to know our desires and vacation style preferences. Wolf was communicative, helpful and supportive for months, leading up to this epic journey to Greece. Definitely a bucket list experience that did not disappoint. Wolf and the team at Out of Office planned my 50th birthday in Greece perfectly! It was a large group of people and every detail was well planned and executed. We had no issues with transfers, all the tours were perfect for the time we had at each location, the recommended chefs cooked us delicious meals and the catamaran for the birthday celebration will be remembered forever! We chatted back and forth for months to plan this trip. He really got to know my partner and I to really understand our wants and needs for this amazing experience. We would definitely recommend Wolf and Out of Office for a luxury trip.

I can't say enough good things about Wolf, my travel advisor. He asks the right questions, listens, offer recommendations, and is open to discussion. Based on conversations, he suggested a Grand Canyon whitewater rafting trip - something I would have never considered. Turns out it was exactly what the doctor ordered! He's currently planning several other trips - curated to my preferences and needs. If you want to travel, Wolf is your guy.

Our family uses Out of Office for all major trips across the Americas and Europe and have so for the last four years. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and on top of it all, friendly, cheerful and fun to work with. From mountain/rock climbing adventures, historic site tours, gastronomic events, spa days to quiet family times playing games together in beautiful hotels, the experiences and memories created for family members from 7-75 live with us throughout the year and will for the rest of our lives. Thank you to OOO staff and Maria in particular for organizing these wonderful life events.

Rich really thought of every detail for our trip to French Polynesia. He was easy to communicate with- despite being in very different time zones, and he tailored our itinerary for things we knew we wanted to experience and filled in gaps with amazing excursions we wouldn’t have found on our own. We had an amazing vacation exploring Tahiti, Mo’orea, and Bora Bora!

We have worked with Maria and OutofOffice for two completed trips (Iceland and Argentina) and already have another one on the books for January (Philippines). Maria's planning and options development is phenomenal as she and her team work to cater to our preferences and needs. If there was a hiccup to the plans , Maria and her team are readily available and quick with solutions. Thinking about the major pieces of travel: flight arrangements are on point looking for easiest and timely options; transfers and transport have been great and on time; hotel options have also been amazing. Planning for activities and excursions, Maria has been quite responsive to our particular preferences setting us up well as we get to know the country and locale we are visiting. Based on such positive experiences while traveling and such positive experience planning this out with her, my husband and I are already planning our fourth and fifth trip using OutOfOffice. It’s been a month since our family returned from a dream trip to Italy. Over a year ago my husband and I decided we wanted to take our entire family to Italy for our 50th wedding anniversary. We had such a wonderful experience working with Millicent and the team at Out of Office to plan our last trip to Scotland and Ireland, we knew immediately that Millicent would be our “go-to” agent again. She is a top notch professional and understood all of our needs, wants and interests. We had 8 adults (my husband and I are in our 70s), 3 adult children with their spouses and 4 grandkids, ages 13, 2- 10 year olds and a 5 year old. You can imagine the challenges Millicent had to accommodate our requests. I told her we wanted to experience the Tuscany region and Florence (my husbands grandparents were from northern Italy), Ancient Rome, and end up in the southern coast. I told her at my age I wanted everything as easy and seamless as possible, with nothing in the itinerary that said “find your way to ____.” I wanted the nicest hotels and she even found a dreamy villa that we stayed at for 3 nights! Millicent and her team worked their magic. They arranged all our transportation, (we did our own airfare), train tickets, tour tickets and guides, wonderful Mercedes SuvS with reliable and wonderful drivers. We managed to see all the highlights- statue of David, Duomo,underground tour of Colisuem and Roman Forum, breakfast tour of Vatican and St Peters Basilica, golf cart tour of Rome, sunset cruise along Amalfi Coast and tours of Pompei. Our hotel overlooked the sea with a view of Mt Vesuvius. Our hotel had its own beach with swimming in a grotto and a beautiful pool. Both a hit with the family. Millicent was easily accessible and able to add special amenities like a private chef at the villa and a cooking class for all of us. This trip has created fabulous memories for all of us that will last a lifetime. We are forever grateful to Millicent and her attention to detail. We did not have ONE glitch and would not have changed a thing. Our physician son found Out of Office and Millicent for some of his previous travels with his husband. We feel so lucky to have discovered this marvelous agency!

This was my second trip organised by OutOfOffice.com to the Reethi Faru resort (Maldives) and, once again, it was absolutely spectacular. The resort is stunning, the staff very welcoming, and our water villa truly beautiful. Although we had to change dates due to the Middle East tensions at Easter to late July, eveything went very smoothly from arrival to departure. I would especially like to thank and recommend our travel expert, Rich Ryan, who curated the perfect holiday and went above, and beyond, to help and advise during both the booking process and our stay. I am already looking forward to the next time!

This company and in particular Rich Ryan rocks! I told Rich what I wanted- a high end trip to Southern France to Marseilles and Nice. Told him the “necessities “- 5 star hotels, great food, swimming pools, jazz clubs. I am too busy at work to arrange all the fine details that make for a great and much needed vacation. Rich did it all for me! He listened and took real time to get what I wanted from the vacation and without any effort or trouble on my end. About one month before my trip, I received my itinerary. Didn’t have to lift a finger. Every detail from the moment I left my apartment to the landing back at JFK was precisely addressed to my liking. Really appreciated working with Wolfe the last few months to plan our Oxford-Scotland trip for my kids and us. He listened to my Harry Potter, outlander, Braveheart wishes between castles, battlefields, lochs, glens, and trains, and helped me craft a great trip, activities, and book key tickets in advance. From the steam train hard to get into, Alnwick castle and broomstick lessons, to castle hotels and Edinburgh walking tour, it went as well as a 2 week trip with two teenagers can go!

Yet another incredible trip! This was our second time working w/ Maria, and we are already planning our next adventure! We had an absolutely fantastic experience! Maria is incredibly helpful; she always answers all of our questions and makes the planning process so easy.

Our trip was so thoughtfully planned, and every detail was seamless. The accommodations were outstanding—Every stop felt special and perfectly chosen.
