From the first phone call Alice Evans put us at ease and we knew she would plan an amazing trip. She did not disappoint. We called Out of Office after spending several frustrating hours trying to book our flight to Portugal for two weeks, the first day in Lisbon we had an exceptional food tour which was a perfect start to learn about the history and culture. She also arranged for a private all day tour to Sintra, we really enjoyed having our own driver and personal tour guide who was so knowledgeable It was great to be on our own timeline. The hotels and restaurants were perfect. We also appreciated that someone is on call 24/7 There was a strike that interrupted our train ride and it was reassuring to know that alternative arrangements could be made.

OutOfOffice and particularly our travel expert Maria Gardner put together a once in a lifetime trip to Paris and London over a 2-week period. Between the beautiful sites and tours they had arranged for us to see, there could not have been a better outcome. The drivers that were arranged for pickups to and from airports and to and from our hotel for outside the city tours made things seem so seamless and stress free. We would highly recommend OutOfOffice for any exceptional travel experience and to any destination.

We initially gave Samantha a list of islands we wanted to visit and what particular adventures we wanted to take.
She then came back with the best scenarios of travel from one island to the next that made all the excursions virtually stress free.
We do plan on using her as a travel agent when we're ready to visit and tour another country.

Samantha organized our trip to French Polynesia to perfection! We spent time on Tahiti, Moorea, Bora Bora, and Raiatea. All the transfers from airports to ferries and hotels were incredibly smooth. Her selection of hotels also really hit the mark. Please don't go to French Polynesia without contacting Samantha first! You will be so happy with your decision!

Working with Maria and Out of Office to plan our big trip to Japan was an absolute delight. It was our first vacation to Asia and we were a bit overwhelmed with options. When we got connected with Maria things immediately got simpler and we felt relief from all the vacation planning anxiety. She listened to what it was we were wanting to experience and helped build an itinerary that ticked all the boxes. She was always ready with helpful answers or suggestions. If Maria didn't know the answer she would do a deep dive and come back to us with solutions in a timely manner. From planning, to booking, she was with us every step of the way. When we returned from our fabulous vacation, she was engaged and curious about everything that went great and make sure to take note of the things we liked. As with every vacation, there were a few minor hiccups. None of this was Maria's fault or a problem with Out of Office. Just the normal type of stuff that comes up like delayed flights. When these small issues arise the team at Out of Office and their partners who were providing support in Japan were quick to jump into action. It was a relief knowing we had a whole team ready to solve any problem if we had them. We felt so safe and in confident hands throughout our entire time working with Maria and Out of Office. The best review I could possibly give is that my husband and I can't wait to work with Maria again to book our next big vacation.

Just came back from a wonderful trip to Italy organized by Alice from Out of Office. Hotels were great, both in location and quality. Excursions were just what we had hoped they would be. Alice was extremely responsive both before and during our trip, answering our many questions and doing research when required. We worked with Out of Office to plan a custom trip for two couples to explore the Greek sites of antiquity and relax on the islands. We wanted to travel with a guide for the first week and then have fun but relaxing experiences on Naxos and Paros. Our guide and driver took us to about 7 ancient sites with accompanying museums and we found it was the right amount of history and sight seeing. The islands were relaxing and interesting too. Our agents with Out of Office were very helpful and responsive to even our smallest questions. Be sure to stay at 18 Grapes hotel on Naxos if you want extreme luxury at a reasonable price! And don't miss seeing the Meteora on the mainland.

OOO took such good care of me! and organized a fantastic trip to Madrid and Seville with short notice frankly. They took my suggestions, improved on them and constructed a dream trip for me. Most importantly mid trip I needed to make some adjustments, and they very quickly solved a problem and reset things for the better. I couldn't ask for more and am already thinking about my next trip and engaging them sooner to make it even more special! I can't recommend them highly enough. :)

The trip OutOfOffice put together for me was extraordinary. I gave them only a vague description of what I had in mind and the first proposed version was already almost close to perfect. What was even better was that my travel agent Alice adjusted everything according to my wishes within just a few hours and the trip I got to experience turned into a once in a lifetime adventure.
But you can only ever really tell how good a company like OutOfOffice truly is, when you run into issues during your trip and mine was off to a very bumpy start, when I couldn't board my originally intended flight to Hawai'i. But again Alice delivered. Not only was she available all the time, she also quickly sorted all problems and got me onto another flight. The level of personal service I received was as amazing as the trip turned out to be and all of the pre-booked activities (helicopter flight, snorkeling cruise, zipline adventure) were glorious and exactly the kind of adventure I had so vaguely asked for at the very beginning. Highly recommended!

We worked with Alice from Out of Office to plan a milestone trip to Paris and Amsterdam, and the experience of working with her was genuinely excellent. The initial itinerary was thoughtful, well-curated, and showed real attention to what we were looking for in terms of occasion and quality.

When we came back with budget concerns, Alice was responsive and collaborative, revising the proposal without any friction. She listens carefully and takes feedback seriously.

Ultimately the trip didn't come together for us this year for financial reasons unrelated to her work, and we hope to return to her when we're in a better position to do it properly. She's the kind of planner you want in your corner.

What an incredible service. We weren't able to book our trip at this time, but my consultation call and the follow-up itinerary walkthrough video were both absolutely fantastic. Not only does Out Of Office thoroughly understand the needs of LGBTQ+ travelers, but they're also excellent collaborators during the planning process. Maria organised a brilliant holiday for us in southern India. It was our first time in India so we were a bit apprehensive but didn't need to be as we were extremely well looked after. The holiday was well thought through and paced and we experienced and did a lot with time for rest and relaxation as well.

After a gap of 20 years, we decided we wanted to return to Egypt, see the new museum in Cairo, revisit the amazing sites in Luxor and try a luxury stay in Sharm el Sheikh. Maria (Gardner) helped us so much by taking the time to gain a thorough understanding of what we were looking for and most importantly, how we wanted to spend our time. Each stage of the booking process was very well put together, with a full itinerary and excellent pictures of accommodation and sightseeing locations. All tweaks to our plans were happily dealt with and nothing was too much trouble. We flew to Cairo the day after the start of the Iran war so we were somewhat nervous of what we may encounter, but the Out of Office support team and Maria, all put us at ease with appropriate information on our safety which was very reassuring. We had an amazing holiday, all the plans went like clockwork and we will definitely book with Maria and Out of Office again!

I worked with Sam to build a custom itinerary for a friend's birthday trip that was LGBTQIA+ friendly in Mexico. It was important to us that we felt safe but still had fun.
We did not end up booking because finances changed for us, but when we can revisit the idea, we will absolutely be coming back.
Sam listened to my concerns, documented all of my preferences, and kept me within the budget we had asked for. I have no doubt it would have been an amazing trip and Sam was a dream to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend OOO to anyone who will listen!
