Great stuff. Ordered the last couple of North Face Himalayan coats that are out of stock absolutely everywhere. Only thing I would point out is that they were selling a fair bit higher than the North Face sale price, but really and truly, the coat is in ridiculous demand so not surprising. First coat arrived in less than two days, the next one within 3-4 days. DPD send a text to let you know when they're coming. Only criticism is that returns should really be free - they cost around £5 and the customer is liable until they receive the package. Otherwise, great.

Absolutely brilliant
Ordered a green north face nuptse 700 coat, this was the only website it was still available on so i was very happy, delivery was free and it came literally the next day, absolutely perfect. After a number of bad experiences with other sites such as JD sports in the last while, I was so happy with the service and the quick delivery, this site is the perfect example of how online shopping should be done.
Student discount would still be nice though:D

Terrible customer service
They sent my parcel to the billing address instead of the shipping address, and when I contacted their customer service team (Jodie S) she just said “we don’t have a service to pick it up and deliver it to the correct address” and then blamed Royal Mail for delivering it. I said I would sort it myself but would like to be refunded for the postage costs, which she said they would do, but they have since been ignoring my emails. Basically, they messed up and left it to me as the customer to fix their mistake and pay for it myself. Would not recommend buying from this site.

Great customer service Patya
Just wanted to say what great customer service.... I had from Petya in kings x branch on Sunday, I knew what I wanted but couldn’t quite find it.
She was helpful, patient and calm.
She bought all the jackets in my size, so I could try them and choose I’m very fussy. Best customer service I have had since after lockdown, if I decide to go for the two I narrowed down.
I would have no hesitation on going back to see Petya, great asset to you company.
Petya keep up the good work, great customer service is hard to come by these days. ;)))
