I ordered the Mens Northface Gilet yesterday and received it today.
Delivery was fast.
Delighted with my purchase.

The hat I ordered was a different colour than advertised online. Despite returning the item for a refund, Outsiders Store took it upon themselves to process an exchange. The next hat I received was the exact same as the one I already returned.

I ordered a Patagonia fleece. When it arrived I tried it on and it didn’t fit properly. I also felt the zip was a bit catchy when trying to zip it up. When I processed the return I mentioned this. Now they won’t refund my money until they investigate what caused the zip to stick. Not impressed and won’t order from them again.

No sign of order. No reply to email.

Ordered a Summer House from them and everything was great. Unfortunately I was unable to construct the Summer house for a few months and when I started there were quite a few small things missing, felt nails glazing nails etc and I unfortunately cracked one of the glass panes using thicker gauge nails than those provided, as I had run out, ie they had not provided the numbers as per the instructions to construct the summer house. I contacted them about various shortages and also asked for a replacement glass. In summary they said I had waited too long to construct and make a complaint but said they would get back to me but never did. Ok when they want your order but no help after sales if you have a problem. Very poor attitude which would make me shop elsewhere in future.

Placed an order for a jacket. Received an email from the courier (DPD Local) five days later saying that it would be delivered with a one hour delivery window. I immediately received another email saying that it had been delivered with a very blurry photo. The jacket hadn’t been delivered at all.

Contacted Outsiders customer service who were helpful and responsive. However they told me that I’d have to wait for DPD’s internal investigation to be completed before a replacement could be sent. I wasn’t happy about this - by that point I’d already waited nearly one week for a fairly expensive item (for me at least) with no indication when it would be delivered. I asked if a replacement could be sent and was eventually told that this would happen.

Nearly one week later (i.e. 2 weeks after the original order was placed) I still hadn’t received anything so contacted customer service again. They told me that they were still waiting for DPD to complete its investigation and a replacement would be sent. As such, when they’d told me that a replacement would be sent one week earlier, this clearly didn’t happen.

In the end, I’ve asked for a refund. I’m not particularly happy that I have had to wait whilst DPD completes an internal investigation; I didn’t choose to use DPD (it is contracted by Outsiders) and it’s the retailer’s obligation to make sure that the product is delivered to the customer. Given the value of the item, I think the retailer should have sent a replacement as soon as the loss was reported.

After trying without success to buy my shoes from shops I already knew, I found outsiders online. Good website, good communication, fast delivery. Happy customer.

Ordered a pair of Lomer shoes. Order placed, confirmation received, full updates about dispatch and delivery next day.
What more could a customer wish for?
This is a great store with a customer based focus and fair prices.

Would have given zero stars if possible.Placed order last weekend,no sign of order being delivered,just said being processed when I tried tracking it.Got an email today saying sorry but item out of stock.Second time this has happened with this company and I will be avoiding in the future.

Superb and Excellent service from the manager and all the staff at the London store - very helpful and knowledgeable on the brands and technical details of the products - would highly recommend

Ordered some trainers, DPD went to the wrong house usual lunatics involved. Phoned up outsider's to get the trainers sent to Liverpool store so took a few days to arrive great service all sorted.

I bought a 'Stan Ray Tropical Men's Jacket' for a suspiciously low price of £62.50. These things are £150 elsewhere. I panicked after purchase thinking it was a scam. Just received the parcel and it's 100% legit.

Also, they send you the whole 'tracked parcel' thing which is assuring. Not sure about returns or whatever, but in this case, I won't need to be doing that.

Came on time. Fully tracked. Regular emails from the company. The product is perfect.

My order never arrived, DPD investigation opened and closed, yet still no resolution of product received or refund.
I’ve been waiting a month since this has happened and was being super patient and understanding. Now it’s just a joke. Had concerns whether the company was actually real or not and thought next day delivery during Christmas period was too good to be true. Wouldn’t trust.customer service just pars you off and make you wait for nothing!

Amazing online customer service by a man called Ollie. Quick responses and went above and beyond to help solve a problem. This is the first time I've used Outsiders store but will 100% be using again mainly due to the friendly and helpful service I received. Cannot thank him enough for getting my items for me in time for my holiday.

Got some great bargains in the sale & Pete provided brilliant communication.

Received great customer service from the staff at outsiders store. I can recommend them.

First time using Outsiders Store. Ordered a North face coat that was out of stock on the North Face website. It arrived within a couple of days and got it cheaper than the the official website of North Face. Impressed and would shop here again.

I ordered over £500 of kit that didn't arrive. Upon ringing to find out the wheres about of my items, they blamed the courier service, and now left without any items. What a waste of time. I have now been given a refund.
