Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. my order was not delivered to the correct place, my business is within a building that also holds other businesses and flats. The order I placed was for my partners birthday, and was worth £400. They said I had to wait for a refund whilst they do an investigation with DPD. The picture DPD uploaded is clearly some random lobby, which does not clarify as delivering to a safe place or into my actual person. They are not legally allowed to do this. My partners birthday is ruined, I am £400 short and stressed. DO NOT BUY from these guys.

Mixed experience

I, 21, went in the Manchester store with my Mrs around november and staff were really helpful, answered my questions and I purchased a few things. However I went in just after christmas and brought a friend to show him as i spoke highly about the shop. However, The experience this time was very different. I said hello to the woman at the door as i walked in, who turned her nose up at me and ignored me. I knew what I was buying, so i picked it up as I walked in, and had a look around with my friend. As we was walking around a worker came up to me and said "il put them behind the till" and took the products off me and walked off. Didn't ask, Just took. From there, We felt uncomfortable, and was watched every time we went to pick something up or browse. When I got to the till, I asked a few questions, to which the same worker was very dismissive and rushed me to pay, which i did. As we walked out, me and my friend said goodbye, and was ignored by now two members of staff at the door. I appreciate that I am young, however I feel that it's unfair to judge a book by its cover ( Especially when I walked in wearing a cap and a bag that i purchased from your shop a month ago!)

Refuses legal warranty

Customer service refused a proper refund for shoes with a manufacturing defect after only 4 months. They claimed that "due to the age of the order" I could only get a gift card. That is legally nonsense. Avoid if you want a valid warranty.

Customer service

I can’t review the items I bought as they are a Christmas gift. However I would like to write a review on the customer service. After ordering the wrong size cap I rang to explain my error. Nothing was too much trouble. I re ordered the correct size and was told that they would email a return label ( for free) despite it being my error. They were so helpful and wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied with everything!

Ordered pair of XT6 for my daughter

Ordered pair of XT6 for my daughter. After five days I decided to email them to find out the progress of the order. Day later got email that the item was our of stock. Offered 10% discount for future orders. They kept my money for almost a week.Sold out of stock item and Didn't inform me about it unless I made the effort.

e-voucher was not delivered

I ordered an e-voucher to be delivered via email on my nephew's birthday but he never received it. I double checked I had entered his correct email address and I had. I have forwarded my confirmation email to him which has the code on, I so am hoping that will work. I was disappointed that he didn't receive the e-voucher, he thought I had forgotten his birthday.
