The first and most immediately obvious was the rapid response to emails. I emailed several times with questions and I got a response within an hour - well done. Clarity of cost and work was accurate and timely. Fees for services were well in line with other companies. Good communication with each phase of the project. Well done!

We had a client who paid us to send her drive off for emergency recovery. It took over two weeks to get a partial recovery of the data because of the request for emergency recovery that was paid for, did not get communicated to their lab. They did refund the emergency recovery fee, but that didn't help our client, who needed the recovered data sooner. Really made us look bad.

I needed data recovery services for my hard drive and a friend recommended Outsource Data Recivery. One of the technicians and I had our first conversation on the phone. His professionalism, attentiveness, and ability to deal with a distressed customer all gave me confidence that if my data could be recovered, this is the place to accomplish it. I can't say enough positive things about Outsource Data Recovery. My hard drive and data were completely recovered in less than one week.

The USB connector on the flash drive had broken off. ODR successfully retrieved all the data. While it took longer than I had expected (I'll have to read more carefully), in the end I am completely satisfied.

My hard drive locked up Windows and could no longer be accessed. Since I've had previous positive experience using Outsource Data Recovery, I started a project online and sent my drive in. All my data was recovered and copied to another drive that I supplied. Note: I did have a backup but it was 3 months old - from now on backups will be scheduled much more often.

All went as advertised and received completed job quickly. I would only suggest that it was not clear that the new hard drive that would hold the recovered files was not in the quoted price. Makes a very expensive recovery but files were recovered and that was paramount.

Happy with their ability to recover my files, but don’t like all of the mandatory hidden fees to get your data back once they have your files held hostage. All of the pricing is not upfront.

The recovery was successful, but this recovery started as a bait and switch.
Once the recovery was completed, there were a lot of add on charges that other data recovery services I've used included with the price. Shipping, back up data drive, having my original drive returned to me (seriously WTFV).
I may refer people there because their price is more reasonable than some, but I am hesitant because of the shadiness they exhibited.

This is the first time using this company. Since I have a lot of data on this hard drive it took some time to review it. I am pleased with the outcome but towards the end of the drive all my jpg's are overlapped and duplicated on top of each other rendering the picture useless.There are hundreds of them in this way. I am going to contact them to see what can be done about this since it cost me over $1,400.00 I think it should be taken care of I hope.
