Outsource did an outstanding job…
Outsource did an outstanding job recovering my data from a USB drive that could not be recognized. The recovered data was exactly as seen in the tentative/accepted file list with little to no corruption. The only exception to the outstanding service came from the function of the website after login (locating My Account), and a glitch in the manual/automatic role of the website during the process.

The process of the data recovery was…
The process of the data recovery was good, but I feel the price of the service was expensive. Once they retrieved the data for a $1,000 then they charged additional fees for media and shipping. I did ask a question about the fees for the retrieval but never received a response. It would be nice if they documented the details of what was done to recover the data so to assure me the fees matched the work done.

Sent in physical damaged hd beginning…
Sent in physical damaged hd beginning ofJuly, now end of July and no usable data but over $1400 spent on recovery. They sent a harddrive back and had downloadable data that was the right file size but completely corrupt. I paid for expedited service at every level. For the initial inspection the tech was sick and I had to message them to get a status report. Every other communication with them I've had to initiate as far as I recall.

There was some time delay on the front side of my request, but they retrieved 100% of my information from a broken flash drive for a reasonable cost.
I suspect the processing delay was due to inefficiency from COVID nonsense.

Broken flashdrive info recovered
They were able to recover my files off of a destroyed flash drive. It seemed a bit pricey to me, but those files were very important. I have learned my lesson now to back up everything!
