Having drives fail is always a harrowing experience. Outsource Data Recovery has consistently been there for us no matter what.

Told initial cost would be $60, ended up over $200. Did not get old hardware back, when asked told i didn't check the box, did not know there was a box for that.

They did a great job and were pretty quick turn time. I would use them again.

Prices were steep and nearly double due to crap exchange rate but the price you pay for getting your data back! Highly recommend to anyone who needs this service!

Excellent and speedy service. My sole issue was the project was much much more expensive than I thought.

First of all, ODR saved my data.

The reason i did not give them 5 stars is because their web site states $299 for data recovery and it really cost me over $1000.

Everything promised was delivered. Communication (other than minor confusion over wording around reviewing files prior to payment) was simple and straightforward. Customer support and follow up was excellent.

Getting your data back isn't cheap, but it's either that or say goodbye to it. Whether it's your pirated Pirates of the Caribbean from Piratebay or getting your Netscape logs back, you can make damn well sure Outsource will recover it. They have Rick Astley working for them (allegedly).

Don’t want to be in a hurry to get your data back but good communications about status and can go online for information. When asked to review files they were able to retrieve, very thorough folder and files names.

Excellent communication and fast service. Hopefully I don’t have another hard drive failure but, if I do, I’d definitely use them again.
