The recent storms completely destroyed my polytunnel. The cover held up, but the frame had snapped and buckled in several places. The cover will be used to cover my tools and the frame will be dismantled and be used for plant supports. I can't see the metal lasting for more than a year!
BTW, I've never seen so many 1 star reviews about a company!

Purchased the 4x2 metre polytunnel in Feb this year from Aosom. The product was not the one advertised and after many emails I negotiated a 50% discount.
After the high winds recently I noticed that it had partially collapsed. I discovered that the roof struts had corroded and snapped. Aosom have a six month warranty on their products. I've tried for a refund, but I won't be holding my breath.
The polytunnel was erected in May so in reality its only been open to the elements for about 7 months. A steel frame should last you years, not 7 months. On closer inspection the tubular frame walls are only 1mm thick and the galvanising is very poor, as the remainder of the frame is corroding.

Purchased a replacement gazebo cover from these through eBay.
Put it on and from March to now it's gone from grey to pink. Tried to discuss this with them with no luck.
Avoid these at all cost

Poor quality, missing a part and they just tell you to deal with Amazon, which means that after spending 4 hours assembling, you have to disassemble and return it because there are no spare parts.

Cheap, crap imported, breaks at a gust of wind, no refunds no warranty for weather damage to a fixed gazebo, sham of a business, SCAM!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Wish I could review less than one star.
Last year bought a 'heavy duty' portable greenhouse. First snowfall it collapsed. they replaced it. Second greenhouse, first windstorm it collapsed.
So not learning from this, a couple of weeks ago I bought a lean to greenhouse.
Missing frame parts, frame parts without holes drilled in them. Complained bitterly. They had me do an inventory of what I had been sent and they will send replacement parts but won't check them before they leave. In the meantime no greenhouse and the weather is getting colder, so I might lose my plants.
DO. NOT. BUY. OUTSUNNY. PRODUCTS.

I have bought a hardtop gazebo from gardenchic but the product is outsunny and is no waterproof at all and no wind proof.
At first rain the polycarbonate was damage and is raining everywhere.
Do not buy .
Paid 500£ for nothing and they dont replace nothing.

Well I purchased a Outsunny polycarbonate Gazebo .
3 X More expensive than the fabric ones it replaced that lasted twice as long . After storm damage I have tried on numerous occasions to get replacement parts . First from the Original supplier on E-bay with out success. So contacted out sunny who said the can’t help and don’t supply replacement parts and suggest I googled replacements parts , great advice not from the manufacturers of the product .. very poor customer service .

So very hard to put up. Instructions are awful. Pieces don't fit. Took us 10 hours instead of 2 and my husband is great at this sort of thing. We bought the 845-391V03 model which is a aluminium and poly carbonate lean too type.

Purchased a 3m x 3m heavy duty pergola for a hot tub shelter. The pergola was advertised as weather resistant and heavy duty and looked lovely with it's fake wood grain on the frame. However what a waste of money. In a slight breeze the velcro securing the cover to the legs ripped. During the lightest rain the roof cover being flat fills with water and bulges down over the hot tub. Two of the roof supports have such shoddy spot welds on them that they have snapped under the weight of the rain on the roof. The item looked sturdy and good quality but in reality it has been a bitter disappointment. The price we paid for what we thought was good quality is a rip off when there are cheaper options out there which are much better quality. Be warned - do not but one of these cheaply fabricated items that are poor quality.

Very poor customer service. They sell on Amazon. Avoid.

The workmanship of everything they sell is so shoddy, nothing is built to last and will fall apart quickly. Avoid!

Bought Outsunny garden swing seat and the first one split and broke in half. I got a replacement although missing the ironwork, and the replacement has now split too.

Bought an outsunny shed 7x4ft worst purchase I have ever made. Has taken me 2 days and still unable to assemble shed. The major problem is that many of holes do not match so you are unable to assemble securely and according to instructions which are very confusing also. Worst shed ever!!! I am now in a situation where I will have to cut my losses and buy another shed, an expenses I can I'll afford

Purchased 2 awnings and had delivery within 2 days. Installed both and they look good and appear to be well made. Had one small problem with two bolts that would not fit the wingnuts supplied. They resolved the issue in less than one hour.

Bought a 6 X4 green gazebo. Very poor quality. Once erected found the velcro fastenings coming undone in the slightest of breeze. Shelter from the rain that's a joke the rain builds up on the roof then pours into the Gazebo through the twelve vent holes around the roof. The sides cannot be secured to the ground and flap in a breeze.
Now collaspsed 23/7/23.
The pole corner joints and centre joint have snapped poles have bent.

I brought a fantastic 3m x 4m gazebo I absolutely love it but I was not supplied enough curtain hooks so I'm unable to use all the curtains iv been unable to resolve this issue having tried many different companies and having purchased many different hooks I'm still unable to find the right ones
Any one have any ideas

Bought a garden awning with canopy made from metal and after 1 month its dropped to bits and they just ignore messages do not use they are awful

I purchased a HomCom Treadmill A90-225 costing £369.99 from Outsunny via e.bay 09/2022 and the running board snapped within the guarantee they sent a replacement but 12/12/2022 but the same thing has happened on 18/06/2023 therefore it must be a faulty batch.
They have refused me any form of refund because they say the second machine is out of warranty as it goes from the first machine, eventhough that I have been advised I am withing my rights to have a full refund.
I shall never buy from them again ot recommend them to anyone.
