Spent a lot of money on a hard top gazebo which got easily damaged by weather. Even though they are still selling the exact same gazebo they say they have no spare parts for sale. I won't buy from them again

The customer service center is very rude. I purchased a gazebo from this company in March this is now April and the gazebo is damaged it's horrible they are stating that their is nothing that they can do

Critical Missing parts of pergola from damaged box. Ordered a replacement pergola to find parts including guide rails damaged from a preassembly. Never again.

Bought a hanging egg chair opened box and parts of frame was missing Contacted company and was told we don’t supply spares or replacement and won’t help us

3x4 m pergola. Really, really cheap, flimsy material that couldn't support it's own weight. Contacted the company for refund & received some 'standard' replies before being told I would receive a full refund & allowed to dispose of the thing myself. I daren't take the thing for recycling due to fear of contaminating real metal with this cr*p.

Bought an Outsunny 3 x 3 Gazebo, we bought it through Debenhams, considering this is a reputable company we thought we wouldn't have any problems, we tried to build the Gazebo but there are so many parts and rods, 80% of the holes or rods do not match up so we can't screw the thing together, we have boxed the Gazebo back up and want to return it!..I've emailed Debenhams and the company which supplied it and I just seem to be going back and forth, they want proof, photos, videos of the holes not lining up before arranging a return!! Surely if we just changed our mind we should be able to return it anyway, but that's not the case the thing is faulty and worthy to no one!.. what a bunch of crooks.
All I want is to return it and get my money back so that I can get on and buy another Gazebo, why should I be out of pocket buying another one while fighting for my money back..
Took delivery 11th April, tried to build sat 13th, started emailing same day when after 3 hours of trying to figure it out thinking we were doing it wrong but holes continually not lining up, absolute joke, I'll give it a couple more days then will report to trading standards as it is not on.

I bought a planter with trellis through Wilko, order number: 001712792422. It was £46 reduced from £52. I have seen this name, Outsunny for a while so thought it would be Okay and through Wilko even better. I only had good experiences with Wilko before. The bottom of the planter which is supposed to slide in is not even close. And, the posts are stapled on to the front and back sides, well one of these were coming away on assembly. It has been two weeks since I complained to Wilko with photos and all they have done is to buy time. They haven't even looked at what I wrote or the photos clearly. There is no way now to phone them, the number on google is for old Wilko. The emails are supposed to take 72 hours. I tried to write a review on Wilko website and I cannot find a way to do that. There were no reviews for this product on Wilko site, but on Amazon, there are three reviews, two of these have very similar problems with the same product as me. However, it seems to be a different story on the outsunny site which is called something else. I thought maybe they ensured when you bought from their site, they would quality check. It does not seem that way and I am suspicious of any good review of this company now. I mean, even if my planter fitted together, and one of the posts was not coming away, how would a planter of that size hold that amount of compost if held together by staples?
Steer clear, as the other reviews say. I am following up regularly, but I am not getting my money back anytime soon. I think I am going to have to escalate to Trading Standards, which for a £46 planter is ridiculous but I will do it.
Like the other reviews say, how are they still in business?
And, at this rate, new Wilko won't be either.

Take your money, sell rubbish and don't help.

How is this company still in business? I wish I checked trust pilot before purchasing any of their tat.

Missing parts, incorrect parts, cheap parts (beyond the expected cheapness), non existent customer service.

After purchasing a greenhouse for my retirement in 2years so I stored it in my garage. After retirement I built the base and assembled the greenhouse but when I got to the door 2 of the castors/wheels were missing ,I called the company and they stated it was now out of warranty and I would have to buy them now which I find totally
Unacceptable as this is not a broken item it's items that were missing from the package .Do not buy from this company they have the worst customer services I have ever come across.

Sun Loungers rusted and fell apart after 6 months. Complete rubbish and not fit for purpose.

For a company that stock/sell items everywhere you look you think they may be able to offer some help with replacement parts. Avoid spending any money with this company because as soon as 1 things breaks you have to throw the whole thing away as you have 0 chance of getting another piece. 1 star is too good for this company

I agree with all previous reviewers - this company sells rubbish and there is no comeback. I bought a parasol and within weeks the plastic attachment had snapped so that the parasol will not now stand in its base. I contacted Aosom as I believed they were the retailer and was told that the retailer was another company. I then had a second email telling me that as the product was more than a year old the warranty was out of date and there was nothing they could do to help. They suggested trying to find the part independently. What a terrible product! What kind of product is unusable thirteen months after purchase?

The hottub didn't work right out of the box and customer service doesn't exist. Can't find a replacement part.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE ZERO INTEGRITY OR MORALS

A complete joke, but not funny.

It would be difficult to understand how terrible this product is without seeing it.
I picked up the first sheet of ‘galvanised’ tin and thought ‘a bit thin, but not too bad’. Then I realised I had 6 thicknesses of this paper-thin material in my hands.
It’s fiddly, and pathetically flimsy, the instructions are awful, it took me two days and the end result is shocking.
The material is like paper. It’s beyond flimsy, it’s a nightmare. .

It won’t stand up in a breeze. It won’t hold rain water off. It will leak. Don’t buy this product. It is truly, truly terrible.

I’ll be making a proper shed in a few weeks to replace this complete and utter rubbish. There is a protective coating of plastic film over some of the parts. Don’t take it off, it’s the strongest part.

I ordered this 8ftx6ft metal shed on eBay by mistake, I tried to cancel order a couple hours later only to be told it had already been dispatched so I can not cancel the order (Lies). I was told I can return the order once it had been delivered to my house but at my own cost. Two large boxes weight approx. 103KG combined, Quotes from couriers were between £250 - £500 due to size and weight. and Outsunny were not willing to provide their own courier service either. Their warehouse does not permit deliveries via own personal transport. The Seller only offered me £30 discount for the inconvenience. BEWARE Rubbish Customer Service. The Shed is still in original boxes as I cannot assemble it so I don't know if the quality is any good, however after reading the other reviews on Trustpilot about this and similar products from Outsunny I don't have much confidence.

Outsunny 8x6ft Metal Shed Garden Storage Shed w/ Double Door, Window, Grey

Polytunnel didn't even last a year frame snapped in more than 1 place cover is ripped where it has rubbed on the frame. A bin bag and couple of canes would have held up better.

Bought a shed, was difficult to assemble due to really small screws. We painted the wood to protect it yet it still swelled, the door got stuck and has fallen apart so useless and we are only midway through it's first winter.

My outsunny pergola ended up with a bit of damage after high winds ( my fault for not fixing down enough ) however on thinking all I had to do was order a couple of standard parts to fix it again was a bigger problem . I was told by Aosom ( the parent company I think who I'd ordered through ) to send a note of the parts I needed, to indicate on the main diagram - back and forward 3 times to then be told they don't have any spare parts !! So now my relatively easy fix is scrap . Why no spare parts anywhere ??

Have installed over 15 sheds - by far the worst set of instructions. Avoid this outsunny metal shed if you want to maintain sanity. Diagrams poor and ambiguous. Items are constructed only to be taken down and attempted another way. No one has constructed this shed with ease so much time ie days wasted. Btw outsunny if you want me to rewrite the instructions contact me.
