I contacted Ovation about three weeks ago gave them my information. Last week I spoke to Samira Mahzah and at that time she told me my IRS balance was resolved. Today I spoke with Elsyna Tuilesu, she handled my State Taxes and she also resolved my claim with the State of Georgia. I'm so happy I decided to call them and they handled my problem in a timely manner.
I will give Ovation number to others.

Pedram Nazmi, EA was extremely helpful to me. He explained everything to help me understand what was going to happen.

Talked to a representative who called the IRS to get my status from the IRS. He told me I was in collections and he would place a hold on my account so I would have no further problems. Then after discussing the fee and telling me they could not help me, I called the IRS directly and found out I was not in collections. Avoid these people. Do not give them your banking information. It is not necessary as part of due diligence. Scammers. Google top 10 Tax Relief Firms. These people are not on it. Not even close. Choose someone else.

Afyer paying tfhem $4200 They said they got in touch with someone from the irs while im on hold which is bs, they dont havw a bat phone to them. They told me that they could get my Taxes lowered based on the information I sent them or into a program where the irs stops sending me letters but I still have to pay the late fees that accumulate over time. You never get the same person that you talked to.A guy called me supposedly from them asking me that they need additional information from me, my bank statement and routing number. I told him go to hell! That was a red flag for me and when i did more digging on them so many peope say they dont do anything they say they can do n they are a scam. Also, their is no communication at all from them when you can only reach out to them by an automated response to leave a message. I emailed the tax attorney Demetrios asking him to call me while I had questions regarding a matter and no response at all until I sent him 3 emails telling them I'm firing them for lack of communication and for someone askimg me for my personal bank information. Stay away from them. Use someone local that you can see them in person.

Namzi took care of all my questions and needs.

The company was easy to work with , the fee was reasonable, Pedram Nazmi was really on top of things, they kept you up to date on how things were going, great company.
