I was very happy with the work that was done. Clean, efficient worker and very polite. However, you did not get 5 stars for this job because your booking handler failed to mention surcharges when asked about door cleaning and bulb replacement. Neither did he check the availability of a working area for your operatives van, this issue caused a considerable delay for the start of the job.
