The cleaning of the oven was first class the man was very polite friendly. I lonely give 4 stars due to the fact l did not agree to you phoning early on a Sunday morning for the payment as far as l am concerned Sunday is not a working day otherwise it would be 5..

Excellent service, efficient and friendly

We were so happy with Gerald, I have never seen someone work so hard and be proud of his work he is a credit to your company, so friendly and chatty while still working and my stove shone like new, I would certainly like him to clean my stove again and I have already booked him fo December, thank you so much I can’t be more pleased.

It’s the first time I have used Zerowaste and the service received has been exceptional. My initial enquiry was not a simple one, with various hazardous items to be included within the load to be removed on behalf of my client. The quotation I received was very competitive. This, coupled with the quick response and great communication received gave me the confidence to instruct Zerowaste.
The exceptional service continued when the site operatives arrived. Both Jesper and Mikey went above and beyond to ensure they were able to carefully load the hazardous items whilst working on a trading high street with members of the public in relatively close proximity. They also took the time to selectively load their vehicle to ensure they were able to clear the bulky load of items they were presented with.
I thank the whole team and will certainly be using them again.

I had my oven cleaned yesterday by Gerry and he did an amazing job! he was very friendly, I couldn't fault his service and my oven looks brand new! I would definitely recommend Ovendo to anyone looking to have their oven cleaned.

The Ovendo man was amazing he was quick but thorough the result is a sparkling oven it looks brand new.

Turned a well-used range into a sparkling new looking appliance!

I have used Ovendo on 2 occassions now and both times the service has been excellent.

My oven was absolutely filthy so what was done to it was a huge improvement and I am fairly satisfied with the end result. However when I came to look at it more closely I realised that the knobs had not been removed and cleaned (as was done by my previous oven cleaning firm) they were still very greasy also the splash back also had not been touched. A couple of the shelves were also a bit spotted by burnt on grease. This is not the best oven clean that I have had done, but it's okay. The one deciding factor for me was that it was done the day after I made the enquiry, whereas the firm I usually deal with didn't have any slots for two months! so for speed of service I would give them full marks. If I used them again I would be more vigilant and inspect it a bit more closely before the man left the house.

We had a great experience with Ovendo from the booking right through to completion. The office staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating and fitted my job in at very short notice. Gerald cleaned my range cooker and hob with great enthusiasm and attention to detail leaving it all looking absolutely wonderful - sparkling. Brilliant service, great value and highly recommended. I have already booked in again for six months time and received a 10% discount for the next job.
