Took two weeks to send me the wrong product. Offered to swtich it out, then did a u-turn and tried to convince me the road running shoes i recived were sufficeintly similar to the trail shoes i ordered. Then went silent on email correspondance, making no effort to proceed with refund or any other satisfactory solution.
Ordered Hoka Speedgoat 6 trainers but eventually received Hoka bondi 8
which is completely different and not what I Ordered and a different colour, however as they fit i will put up with as at least i have something !
I think they also operate under other names . I won't risk sending back and losing shows and money.
I have ordered a pair of Hoka trainers on May 12th thinking this company was in the UK (Leicestershire). The trainers still haven’t arrived. I have had many communications with customer service where they have assured me they have been dispatched, then suddenly they haven’t been dispatched. I asked for my money to be refunded where they then said they HAD been dispatched and so I couldn’t be refunded. The tracking service I have to pay for and it seems the shoes are indeed coming from China. It is now the 30th May and there is still no sign of the shoes arriving. This is a terribly poor service and wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering from them. On the website it says quick delivery. Well if this is quick I dread to imagine what slow is.
