Pessimi. Tempi lunghi e assistenza inutile e inesistente. Da sempre errore

You are really pathetic, and I am very sorry for having switched to OVH.
I will write very negative reviews on all the hosting review sites.

Beware of OVH! They are scammers who use your ID card data! You create an account and do not have to provide any documents. You pay their invoices and also do not have to send any documents, you can delete data from the account and do not have to send any documents. You can delete the domain, emails or server and no documents are required. A level available to every good hacker. However, it is idiotic that if you want to close an account on their service, you have to send a scan of your ID card!!! IDIOTIC IDEA! It is supposedly GDPR compliant, but why something so idiotic when I want to close my own account! I can delete everything myself, but for him to close the account is some kind of paranoia.

You are a dramatic service with slow servers and only problems that cannot be solved quickly. After switching to another service, e.g. LH.PL, I have no problem!

Uwaga na firmę OVH! To oszuści którzy wykorzystują twoje dane z dowodu osobistego! Zakładasz konto i nie musisz podawać żadnych dokumentów. Opłacasz ich faktury i również nie musisz wysyłać żadnych dokumentów, możesz usuwać dane z konta i nie musisz wysyłać żadnych dokumentów. Możesz usunąć domenę, maile czy serwer i żadne dokumenty nie są wymagane. Poziom dostępny dla każdego dobrego hakera. Natomiast idotyczne jest to że jeżeli chcesz zamknąć konto na ich serwisie to musisz wysłać skan dowodu osobistego!!! IDIOTYCZNY POMYSŁ! niby zgodny z RODO, ale po co coś tak idiotycznego kiedy chce zamknąć sam swoje konto! Sam mogę usunąć wszystko ale aby mógł zamknąć konto to jakaś paranoja.

Jesteście dramatycznym serwisem z wolnymi serwerami i samymi problemami które nie można szybko roziwązać. Po przejściu na inny serwis np. LH.PL nie mam żadnego problemu!
Ale widać po opiniach, że nie tylko ja mam rację.

Absolutely dishonest. We paid twice for the same service and they won't refund the excess payment because it was a manual payment and not an automatic one. This company is a joke.
Initially we also had a lot of technical problems with them, it was quite embarrassing that our customers didn't receive our emails and our emails ended up in the spam folder of the recipient.
Never had such problems when we were using Hosting Solutions, but our technical support suggested that OVH was better. No way.

This company is such a joke. When you ask for a reimbursement, they charge you three times the price of the website renewal, and you cannot remove your payment method. Additionally, I asked them to close my account, but they don't want to. The customer service is very poor. This is terrible. My advice: don't use OVH.

You SUCK! You have the worst client experience. You really take people for Stupids asses. You are dumb!

Most things work sort of ok, but if you have problem no one really cares. Support is just a bot writing you some standart answers. Would not recommend!

It's been almost a week fom the time I bought a VPS from them and I still can't use my product. They keep asking for documents, I sent them my ID and then now they're asking for address verification from BANK or utility bill (which I don't have because simply it's not in my name). This company is TERRIBLE.

Now, I can surely speak for this company when it comes to downtime. Our infrastructure with OVH consists of 1 master and 570 slaves (at the time of writing this). Yep, that's right. We have a total of 571 VPS SSD 1s with them. That amounts to just shy of $2,000 in monthly costs. Okay, enough of how much we're paying them and on with their quality of service.

For some time now (we've been customers on and off for just about 2 years now). At the time of writing this, I'm infuriated with this issue which has persisted since we've been with them from day one. Why we use them? The low price. Is it worth it? Absolutely not. You really get what you pay for.

The issue you ask? VPSs always go down all the time, having to KVM into each of the affected ones and restart the network interfaces. Sounds tedious right? Yep, especially when it cuts into precious development time where it can take 1-4 hours to fix all the VPSs just for that day.

Now, this isn't about how long it takes. It's about the down time. They will most likely not refund you for downtime as they claim on their end your VPSs are "online", which they're NOT. I've even emailed them with screenshots on how I go about fixing the issue to potentially help squash this issue once and for all.

Their care for customers is nonexistent. Again, this issue has persisted with them for years. We've informed them of the issue countless times throughout, and they seem to refuse to fix something that would keep us customers for life. Oh, and when they know it's on them, they ignore any tickets you send them. Like no response. Zero. Nada.

As a customer for 2 years, I can confidently tell you they are a shady company. I would try an alternative provider Digital Ocean, Amazon (a bit expensive), NOCIX, etc. Just search around - just don't go with 1&1, trust me, we're 1&Done. They're just as shady if not worse.

I've had enough with OfflineVH.

E' stato un grande errore scegliere OVH, non lasciatevi ingannare dai buon prezzi. Servizio Tecnico ed Assistenza pessimi.
Ho comprato il servizio cloud server per 1 mese, ne ho potuto usufruire per una settimana: il server, quasi vuoto e cono nessun dominio pubblico, con firewall e fail2ban attivi, è stato attaccato per 1 minuto, 60 secondi, OVH ha unilateralmente sciolto il contratto. Ho perso dati, lavoro e naturalmente soldi.

Choosing OVH was a big mistake, do not be attracted by good prices. Their Technical and Customer Assistance are very bad.
I've purchased a cloud server service for one month, I could use it for just a week: the server almost empty and without pubblic domain, with active firewall and fail2ban, was attacked, for 1 minute or 60 seconds, and OVH unilaterally terminated the contract. Lost data and work and money.
