Worst customer support
If you are not perfect in managing servers then never ever go for this platform they have almost zero support if you raise a ticket its going to take at least 24 hours just to get your first reply and after that 24 hours per reply so to sorting out your problem is impossible and you will get stuck forever. So i will suggest choose any other platform its not worth it.

Am very impressed with the solution Laim and Yogeeta provided with my dedicated server. I had purchased a SYS GAME 2 64gb ram server but then I needed a 128gb ram, since these servers cannot be upgraded, I bought another 128gb sys game 2 server and then the support has decided to cancel my old server and refund the amount since It was under 7 days. I didn’t even knew that and they upfront told that refund can be provided. That’s so sweet of them, this is how a customer support should be.

I have 2 VPS with ovh. this is my first month i am trying to pay my bill. its already overdue. and i have zero reponse from the support team. how can i clear my payment. i dont see any option to make payment.
or can someone recommend me a good hosting provider i would rather move my server to someone else. i am litereally getting frustrated. last time when i raised a complaint here i got a call from someone in india. now he is also not responding.

Extremely Disappointing Support and Customer Experience
Our experience with OVH has been incredibly frustrating. We've dealt with prolonged service issues, and the biggest disappointment has been the lack of communication from support. Tickets have gone unanswered for far too long, updates have been minimal, and getting a meaningful response has been unnecessarily difficult.
We're not a small, one-off customer either. We spend approximately ₹1-2 lakh with OVH, yet it still feels like our concerns receive little attention. We expected a much higher level of support and communication given the scale of our business relationship.
Despite the impact on our services and customers, we received little to no meaningful compensation that reflected the disruption. It feels like once you've paid, getting timely assistance becomes an uphill battle.
The infrastructure itself can be decent, but when something goes wrong, support is what matters most. Unfortunately, that's where OVH has fallen far short of our expectations.
I genuinely hope they improve their customer support, response times, and how they handle customers affected by outages. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend them if reliable support is important to your business.

Delayed support response
Since i have got the support from your team i am changing my review. The quality of the server is really good. But still the support response is too late. Your live chat doesnt work its always the AI response. Also i have tried the calling number multiple times its always a prerecorded answer. But one thing i am happy about as of now is atleast once in a two days get a response for support ticket.

Our VPS was blocked due to alleged abnormal activity, but no clear technical proof was shared. Despite providing full details and explanations, the service was not restored. Support responses were generic and lacked transparency. Not recommended based on our experience.

Why OVH wins over nearly every other Hyperscaler
1. The OVH Team has phenomenal customer support. Everyone from the account managers to the VP personally take an interest in the success of the clients, and that is quite rare to see in a company of this size.
2. The engineering and technical prowess of the OVH Team stands unparalleled.
3. The costs for each dedicated server and its performance is usually at a global minimum. Again, that's surprising in the era of Hyperscalers.
4. The OVH Github page is one of my favourite hangout spots.
Seems like OVH has cracked the formula to onboarding its customers as a one way street -- there's no reason for an exit ramp!
Plan to be with OVH for the next 10 years easily, hopefully much longer.

Great hardware, terrible support
OVH Cloud provides great hardware- specifically their dedicated servers are excellent.
But, their support is non-existent.
Server reboot - server unavailable to ping, forget RDP.
Raise a ticket and the ticket is marked the lowest priority where it has remained for the last 20 hours. There is no escalation, there is no help. Reminders do not help.
There are open tickets for 3 days with simple questions.
Their knpowledgebase articles are useless- follow those to regenerate password to have an email sent to you- only the email never came.
So, to summarize, if you are an IT administrator with totally do it yourself technical ability, use them. Or else, give them a wide berth

OVH provides excellent service! Whenever I encounter an issue, their support team is always helpful and responsive. Recently, I had a problem with a billing mistake, and thanks to the outstanding support from Sheetal (India), I was able to resolve it smoothly without any service interruption. I have trusted and used OVH for nearly 20 years, and they continue to impress me with their reliability and customer service.

Rude customer support
I recently had a frustrating experience with customer support regarding ticket [ss390910-ovh][CS9877743]. Despite my ongoing issue with a server that took over two months to be removed, which delayed my payment, the ticket was abruptly closed without resolution. This premature closure, without addressing my concerns, reflects poor customer service. I expected more understanding and patience from the support team, especially since the issue on their end was the cause of the delay. This experience has left me disappointed with their service.

Disappointing Experience with OVHcloud's Domain Purchase
I encountered a frustrating bait-and-switch pricing tactic at OVHcloud. Their .in domain initially advertised for just 99 rupees, ballooned to 724 rupees at checkout. Adding to the frustration, my first purchase attempt was halted by an "internal issue," and the unpaid invoice then mysteriously vanished. This lack of transparency and reliability in pricing and technical performance from a known cloud services provider is unacceptable. Buyers, beware of hidden fees and unstable purchasing processes at OVHcloud.
