I had an issue but I was promptly refunded as soon as I asked for it.
(wait 3-5 working days for the money to be transferred).

The key works well for all 5 users. What if the laptop I am using is down , could I uninstall and use it in another deviceusing the serial key and will it be included in the quota of 5 users?

Few days ago I bought an Adobe DC PRO 2019 key and works so do recommend. I didn't face any problem. Hope to be a lifetime license key as it is stated...

They advertised one product but delivered an older, dilapidated product. I contacted Adobe. They verified that the license key provided is for a discontinued item, not the one I ordered. I contacted Ovokey. Instead of providing good customer service, they chastised me through an obnoxious email because I reported the transaction to my Credit Card Company. Instead of taking care of, apologizing, they rebuked me. What they did is equivalent to deceptive advertising/practice. UNACCEPTABLE. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

The initial key was not working, as such, I have contacted support and they provided me another key and it worked properly during installation.

They are trustworthy and legit so feel free to use their services. I was skeptical at first due to the low, too-good-to-be-true price, of Office 2019 Pro, but decided to trust the other customers' reviews and give them a try.
I got worried when I didn't receive the licence key after one hour, however they responded to my emails and gave it to me this way. I tried it, it got accepted, I installed the office and it works like a charm now. I think the problem with the key not being sent has something to do with not having created an account on their site before buying a product, as another customer had a similar problem and assumed this.
However, if that happens, just let them know and problem solved.
Also, the payment procedure is one of the safest ones I've encountered so far on online payments, so no need to worry about that.
I already recommended them to a bunch of friends who want to buy office.

Just purchased office365, must admit was a bit wary as the price was a little to good to be true, it is, 100% true. Installing was hassle free, had a question about outlook set up and received speedy and great support from a chap called Bryan which had me fully up and running in no time.

After paying for the selected license, only a confirmation of payment, no license data or login data came to the e-mail. I was looking for it in the Spam folder and anywhere, just the email they were supposed to send immediately didn't come. Support responds by automatic email.

UPD:> Two hours after the publication of this review, the seller finally contacted me and first tried to get me to download the review after a bad time, otherwise it is said that my paid order will be processed for 4 to 8 weeks.
Fortunately, everything was explained, there was a misunderstanding on the part of the seller that he would rely on the information on the site that the purchase is delivered immediately after payment, you really have to create an account that it takes longer, and my order is obviously lost somewhere.
After solving everything finally took minutes, the account was active almost immediately, all services work without problems, I'm satisfied.
The final experience is positive, just in the future I have some concerns about ordering other licenses for other products from the seller.
