Unsuitable software my fault?.
The software requested didn't in the end suit my needs. After a slow start over a weekend with several exchanges of emails, Ovokeys and I reached the realisation that a refund was the only way forward, and that was achieved in a couple of days. Thanks for trying your best Bryan. Next time perhaps with a different product? p.s. the price was excellent.

I purchased Office 2019
I purchased Office 2019. It installed on my desktop with no problems. It would not install on my laptop however customer service fixed the issue very quickly and efficiently. Everything works well on both computers.
