You had not contacted us about this issue despite the fact our many reviews clearly show all our products work. You claim it is difficult to contact us when we clearly have a "contact us" page on our website. Please try to tell us you have any queries before jumping to conclusions.

Got the login details and keys within 30 secondes. Installed Office package in French for Quebec, Canada usage without major issues. The fact i was already using my own Microsoft account using online Office I had to login with a different profile (the one provided). So I had to figure out how to link the documents in Onedrive. Took about less than a hour to complete this latest task.
