I have to give you 1 star. Your a ZERO TO ME. Owl Matrix ruined our father's day presents by sending us defective hats. Email after email trying to get them to honor what I paid for they still haven't fixed their mistake. Father's day was in June this us August and I still don't have what I paid for. Bottom line this company doesn't HONOR THEY'RE BRAND!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Shipping may take a little while, but they have great stuff. Cool caps and shirts!

I had gotten a Hawaiian shirt to be delivered to my brother in another state for a birthday present. I notified them that they had his address as a billing address and I wanted to correct that to make sure the billing went through correctly and they were rather snarky in the replies. I placed an order on June 7th to be delivered to Kansas and here it's June 21st and it still seems like it's stuck at its shipping partner facility and USPS still doesn't have it. I should have read the reviews before I made a purchase through this crappy ass company and now that I've read about the poor quality of the product I'll be embarrassed when he gets it. I try to avoid china-based companies and I have no idea where these people are.

AMAZING AMAZING company to order from. Their designs are unique and created in such a manner that they look like shirts that cost three times what they are asking for them. You have to notice and appreciate the area where the design, in the fabric, creates a complete picture of the object on the front. That's one sign of high quality for others. TY for being so amazing.

Not only do these people at Owlsmatrix sell some quality products, not only at good prices & a reasonable shipment speed.
Even after my package showed up with a huge hole in it, one of the items missing from it. -The support staff contacted the shipping firm to figure out what went wrong.
After considering the possibility of theft, they went ahead and asked for the details of the missing product. -In order to resend a replacement free of charge.

I trust Owls-matrix, they care about customer satisfaction, and I'll be sure to visit their site again in the future.
11/10 would shop again.
