Fast shipping, very happy and excited with the Hoddie!!!

A very good service, quick response and quick delivery.

I ordered 2 custom printed sweaters about 3 weeks ago and received the order today.. after reading all the negative reviews i was sceptical about receiving them.. well the print looks exactly like the advert.. the issue i have is the sweater looks thick and really good quality on the pics. Its actually thinner and reminds me of a ice hockey top. Theres lots of very small ventilation holes in it.. it cost me £30 each delivered. Was it worth it.. maybe as it has custom print on the arms.. im not sure how well it will stand up to a washing machine only time will tell

Not sure if they deserve even three stars. The reason is that back in early November I requested that they cancel my order as they could not provide any kind of a shipping date. I had for the past four months ongoing discussions with them. The product initially ordered was delivered long after it was projected by them in by their website. To be honest I haven’t even looked at the product it’s still sitting in the shipping package because I have no need for until next December. Now they initially said will refund the shipping charges. So I really didn’t care about the shipping charges I care more about the wasted time that I had simply trying to cancel the order. Now after four months they have decided that the right thing to do would be provide me another product that they would pay for along with shipping in hopes that I would write them a very positive review because my initial review was far from it. At the moment just about as positive that I can get is that they made an effort to rectify the situation that could very simply ended we’re just canceling the order is all I wanted to do three months ago. They didn’t send me a final email telling me that we’re going to pay for this and do all this just follow this link and it’ll work. Well I go to the link and basically everything tells me I got a pay for again along with shipping! So the link they sent didn’t work and then took a screen print of it I contacted them again and they said this is not the way they should be handled. He then finally wrote me back and said they’re sending me the shirt and no shipping no cost in hopes that I will write them a more positive review . For dealing with them they really deserve one or no stars for their effort probably at this point after four months, three stars. Because they are really trying. I will update this if and when I receive the new product.

After seeing a friend’s Christmas Hawaiian style shirt in December I decided to order a couple for my husband. At the same time I ordered a Hoodie for me in one of the same patterns. I ordered on 18th December 21 and they were received around the 18th January 22.

Because I knew my friend had received his, I didn’t worry too much about the long delivery time. I was prepared for it to take about a month. I did read the reviews here, and although many were negative, the underlying theme was the length of time the orders took. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

I’m happy I did. I had no issues. I was emailed when it was being processed and texted when it shipped.

I’m happy that the sizes fit as expected and the quality of the shirts seems to be really good.

While the length of time for delivery was long, it was clearly written in the ‘shipping’ area of the website what the expected delivery times were, and that there were delays with Covid-19. Their aim is to deliver internationally within 20 days, but no longer than 30. Considering my order was placed just before Christmas, so there were those holidays to deal with through production and shipping, I think they did well to get it to me within their ‘no longer than 30 days’ intent.

So, despite others’ negative experiences, I would order from them again, but in doing so I would just make sure to order with lots of lead time.

Very poor service it took ages to arrive and when ever I emailed them to find out where it had got to I was fobbed off. No direct answers to my questions. When it did finally arrive I was extremely disappointed with the quality it was nothing like the advert which had bright colours and 3d effect graphics. When it arrived it was the lowest quality you could imagine very poorly made washed out flat printef colours, very cheap nylon material even the adjustment strap was poor quality and not long enough to fit an adult head. I'd never buy from them again. Don't waste your money.

My order never got delivered.
I cant even find my order on there site.
There site says custumer satifaction at 9.5 rating.

Very poor quality. Would never buy from them again. Asked for refund. They want a video of me opening the package. I’m serious. Save your money. Shop elsewhere. Scam. Read the reviews.

Ordered 2 Christmas Hawaiian Shirts, one with christmas trees, one with foxes.

Though delivery was delayed till just after Christmas, I was kept informed (my email was replied to in good time).

The shirts were exactly as I ordered, fit brilliantly & are excellent quality (wash well too).

Cannot praise you enough - just want to balance the negative reviews with my positive experience!

I ordered a sweater and I got the sweater after about 8 weeks, ok all good. There is Covid and disruptions to transportation. However what I got looked nothing like the advertised photo on their page. Photo on page made it look like a knitted sweater but when it arrived to me I saw it was made from the cheapest material known to man. Different fit from photo, and in general the only thing that looked the same as in the advertised photo was the print on the sweater. I contacted support but they told me basically they don't care about my views.

Very bad shopping experience.

My two Christmas ornaments arrived today, after being ordered on 12/4 as a gift for my wife. The ornaments I received were NOT what was advertised,and what they sent were nothing more than laminated photographs of the actual ornaments depicted.The ones advertised looked a lot like ones made from a ceramic mold and painted professionally. The laminate ones you sent look two dimensional and is cheaply made! I am contacting Paypal and reporting this. I have pictures of what you advertised and what you sent. I will never shop with you again.

Dispcable company. Items are THE WORST quality and comfort I have ever experienced. I have tried to liaise with them to obtain a refund but the will not give me one. This company is horrendous. DO NOT BUY OR DEAL WITH THEM!
