Hard to get full speed
I'm now updating my Review based on the problems that are finally fixed, except the Speed is still "only" at best 500/500, but managed to see one measurement with 500/700 (yes 700 Up, not down).
Finally got hold of Kalle at Support. He didn't just say "it all looks amazing from us". After some searching he managed to trace the network find out there were problems with a unit asking for the IP.
Now the dreadful DNS Probe issues are finally gone thanks to Kalle!

This doesn't sound good at all. The speed you should receive would be somewhere around 700-1000 mb/s and we're always ready to troubleshoot with you if you receive any lower speeds than that.

We can't promise the speed over wi-fi because the speed can vary a lot with a wireless signal, we can only guarantee the speed with a wired connection. The internet works average
The internet works average. I had poor speed intermittently and raised a support ticket. In 10 days there isn't even a response on it.

Not that satisfied
first of all: the router that I bought from you is not good. it does not have strong external antennas and that is so problematic for me since I have to install another router in another room just to have a connection there. the signal from the router is so weak that my laptops in the next room can't have a steady connection. it is just 3 meters from the modem in the next room.
secondly, no one looks at tickets raised on the website and I have to call each time I need some assistance.
also, I have faced 2 blackouts where nothing worked. it was either from your side or the issue was with the router's internal DNS server.

The wi-fi signal can be affected by many different factors, therefore we always recommend connecting your devices with an ethernet cable to receive the speeds we are promising. I've informed you about what you can do to improve the wireless signal in the latest call. For example changing the channels and frequency settings in the router. If that doesn't improve, you could always contact us for further help and we'll find a solution that you can be pleased with.
The tickets we are receiving through e-mail and on the website have a lead time of 3 days, but we always try to respond as soon as possible. For urgent help, we recommend you to contact us through call or chat.

I am very happy with the internet from OwnIT and with the current price, but I'm afraid I will have to pay much more once the current contract expires. Sometimes OwnIT has pretty big prices for their internet.

Could be better
Well, I a bit dissapointed of Ownit. Had more that 4 years contract on good price and when become time me to move to new home I asked to move my contract to new adress. I got offer to terminator my old contract with very good price and order new one with bigger price and they didnt even try to do my any discount like för old customer. In main view, quality of internet is good, stable speed. But talking about view to customer I think they can do better

Second time in a month we have issues
Second time in a month we have issues. I can not recommend Ownit to anyone. We have been without internet for 9 days now, and still haven’t got any technician out to solve our problem. I have been calling ownit every single day since we reach day 5.
I reach out to the technical service my self and I can wait one more week until I get can someone out to help us. This is ridiculous and not acceptable as you are paying for a service which you don’t get and also you have to wait two weeks or more to get any kind of help.
Stay away from ownit! You don’t get what you pay for.

When a problem is reported to us, we always try to solve the issue from distance. If this doesn't work, we will send out a technician as soon as possible to fix it.
We have troubleshooted your connection and found the probable source of error which is causing the issues in your connection. We can't solve this specific issue from distance and have already booked a technician to solve it. When we book in a technician, it could take additional days for the technician to contact you for a visit. We have sent you additional information about the visit, hopefully the issue will be resolved with no further delay.

Best ISP in sweden.
This is the best Internet company i have ever had in my life, and it proves on not just 1 location but at my old house were i went with this provider.
There is never any issues with the internet, once a month during the middle of the night the internet goes down usually for 15-60 minutes as probably for maintenance.
As regard to people not being able to output their internet speeds they pay for it's simply to their own incompetence and knowledge around IT equipment. I had to "hack" my own old router to be able to come up to the best of its capability (318 MB/s) until i upgraded to a UDM-pro which rougly costs 4000 Sek (380$) Which allows me to gain the maximum output that i pay for, and even actually lets me go 18 MBs above 500 MBs that i purchased.
This router also allows speeds up to 3 GBs if utilized correctly.
Pros
Never any downtime
No routing issues
No issues on their side
15-60 minutes downtime during around 2-4AM once a month rougly.
Letting me reach higher speeds than i purchased
Has the best routing to game servers
Cons
Low hours of support.
