Level 3 Understanding mental health
Completed course in September 2024. Still no certificate. Oxbridge state they can’t get a date with the NCFE for quality assurance to double mark the work because it’s a “new course”. We are now approaching June 2025 and still none the wiser. Totally unacceptable!

Patrick McAnea's Outstanding Support
I have been absolutely blown away by the support Patrick has given my son as he prepared for his English language and literature GCSEs. As well as being super reactive and prompt in his responses, Patrick has given ongoing exceptional feedback about my son's work which has enabled him to rapidly and radically improve his work and therefore his chances of getting as high a grade as possible.
Honestly I don't think I can even write a rating that will do Patrick justice here because the support he gave was beyond what we could ever have hoped for let alone have imagined. He identified Elouan's weaknesses and gave very practical suggestions to turn these into strengths. Patrick's enthusiasm about helping his students stood out for us and remained unwavering over the months he has worked with my son. Our initial video call meeting was pivotal in that Patrick helped quashed my son's anxieties over corresponding with him by making him feel very at ease. Working with him has been an absolute pleasure aside the fact he was a real Godsend. Patrick told us on day one he was committed to making a difference for young people unable for whatever reason to access mainstream education. I can confirm he is doing just that. What jumped out from all the communications with him was that he actually cared on a human level (so rare in so many interactions these days and yet so important for children who are not in school) as well as on an academic level. He is the Oxbridgehomelearning hub's number one asset as far as we are concerned. Thank you Patrick.

A-level computer science is a…
A-level computer science is a challenging course and can be hard to understand. However, the recourses provided were very well laid out, making most of the course much easier to comprehend. When requested, tutor help was received quickly with useful advice and many extra beneficial resources if needed. Bottom line, the oxbridge course will help you achieve a good grade in A-level computer science.

Daryl Creek- Personal Tutor
My personal tutor, Daryl Creek has been absolutely amazing. Daryl chased all of my needs extremely quickly and always treated my matters urgently, as well as them always being fully resolved.
To put it into perspective, I am a gap year student taking A Level Sociology in one year. Things really have been quickly paced, but Daryl has always treated my needs like a priority! I will never forget the work he has put in for me.

Long wait for certificate
I took a level 3 Criminolgy course and the course itself was very good and the tutorial reviews were quick and helpful. However, one minus was that although I successfully completed the course early this year I am still waiting for the certificate.i know that the course is adjudicated by a third party, but I still find the wait to be inordinately long. BTW still not received at time of writing 15/05/25.
A quick update since i wrote this piece Oxbridge responded and got the certificate out to me. So, overall i am happy with Oxbridge's perfornance and would defintely use them again.

L3 Early Years Practitioner
Teresa, Faye, Allison, Candice and all others who have provided me with feedback. You have all been extremely wonderful in helping me finalise my coursework! I spent longer than most people would to achieve their L3 as I was very nervous about being a neurodivergent taking online schooling. After I finally was brave to admit and accept that I needed help, they went above and beyond to support me in getting to the final line. Quick to respond, offered great tailored support and really helped me stay at ease. It’s not always easy being a teacher 52 weeks and in education at the same time. I’m very thankful for the help they all gave!
Thank you 🙏

Excellent Student Support
When I reached out to the student support team to request an extension for my courses, each chain of correspondence with them was fast, detailed, polite, professional, and most helpful. They were understanding, and more than happy to assist.
They were patient to answer each question I had thoroughly, and were keen to ensure I felt comfortable with my experience with my course so far. It is very reassuring knowing that my A-Level course provider has a friendly and welcoming student support base for younger students like me to approach them with any questions, without judgement, at any time, and a group who appreciate that student life can be tricky, especially with balancing finances and time.
Glad to say with their team I feel supported and encouraged to ask any questions I have, and that assistance is delivered to a very high standard and level.

I was really close to giving up
I was really close to giving up. I’d lost motivation and just wasn’t sure if I could keep going. But after a chat with Stacey at Oxbridge, everything changed. She listened, gave me great advice, and helped me remember why I started this course in the first place.
What really impressed me was how much she knew about my course specifically—it wasn’t just generic advice, it actually made sense for what I was studying. I left the conversation feeling motivated and ready to keep going, which was exactly what I needed at that moment.
To be fair, my tutor has been great too—his feedback is really helpful, and I do feel like I’m making good progress. I know Oxbridge isn’t there to push me to study, but sometimes you just need that little boost, and Stacey gave me exactly that.
Maybe it was luck, or maybe it was just the right time, but either way, I’m really grateful I got through to her.

Disastrous exam registrations
I am a student learning A level Maths, Further Maths, and Physics with Oxbridge, coming to the end of my second year with the company.
After a good start, with an easy and smooth enrolment process with Habib Yousaf, there have been several major issues with my experience with Oxbridge.
With my Further Maths and Physics A level exams starting in two weeks time, I have realised that I have been registered for the incorrect Further Maths exam tier, meaning - at the moment - I am registered to sit an additional optional paper whose content I have not covered. This has happened after I clearly outlined my unit selections on my exam registration form and reiterated them when I was asked to confirm my choices. Now, with very little time left to solve the issue, I am receiving minimal communication. Hopefully this problem can be solved. If not, it will severely jeopardise my chances of getting the grade I want in further maths, not to mention the amount of time I have had to take out from studying in the last week to try and solve a mistake made by Oxbridge.
Last year's exam registration was equally disastrous. I sat Maths in my first year where my supposed "exams officer" stopped answering my emails for several months (and then all together) and did not provide me with the exam registration forms which I had to chase Oxbridge for up until the day of the exam registration deadline. When I was eventually registered, the majority of my personal details were incorrect, which was reflected in my A level certificate, which I had to have amended.
I would strongly suggest using another company should you want to learn ANY course independently.

Not very impressed to be honest
Not very impressed to be honest. Better to find material online and book just the exam elsewhere - you still pay extra for the exam anyway so total cost is much higher. And the assistance is poor. I wouldn’t recommend. Spend 700£ and have nothing. Still have to pay extra for exams.
