DOn’t buy an Oxiline MD Pro Scale - it doesn’t work.

January 2026 I purchased the Oxiline MD Pro scale for ~$200. It was a birthday gift for my husband who opened the gift just a week ago. Despite numerous tries, online video instruction and emails to customer service the Scale does not work as promised. It is supposed to provide body composition data but the weight function is the only thing that works. I have written to their customer service and asked for a refund and return information. They have gone silent and are not corresponding with me. We used the scale for all of one afternoon trying 30 plus times to get it to give us a reading. It just doesn’t work. I do not want this flawed scale and just want to return it. It is packed in the original box and undamaged. I read on other posts that many others have had this issue and also went though a difficult time getting the company to respond and refund.

I wanted the best bp monitor because we…

I wanted the best bp monitor because we needed to track my husbands bp to adjust his medication.
We took it to the dr office 2 times per week to check the accuracy between the Pro model and their readings…same time..same are…back to back comparisons. Every time the Oxiline showed readings of 20-30 points higher.
I have contacted the company but have received no help from Leo or Anne…
I just wanted to know if the machine could be recalibrated.

Upper management prints end of day for…

Don’t order from this company, SCAM 101 !!!!!! The reviews are true, company not a scam but they never have sufficient inventory . Upper management prints end of day( to reflect movement but all fake ) only a fedex. , usps , dhl, label is created but they have no product (all stuck in customs ) … etc…1000 plus orders but they don’t have inventory. Everything back order but not stated on their website . Per management (Juanchi) one of the lazy bosses everything is delayed in USA customs !!!! (Fda also had their product terminated) !!!! Total scam , don’t order from this company , they state a refund yet it’s impossible to get a response , they have ai not even a real personal responding …. Read all the reviews prior to ordering

The customer service rep

The customer service rep, Justine, quickly resolved my issue, replacing an older model glucose monitor with an updated model. It was the most expiditious services I've encountered. Kudos to Oxline. Keep up the good work!

Bought the TENS XS Pro and finally used…

Bought the TENS XS Pro and finally used it a few days ago when my wife was dealing with some lower back issues. The unit and the accessories, including the case, seem very well constructed. Instructions are VERY skimpy. If you have never used a TENS unit you will likely be lost. The GOOD news is that when I contacted customer service via email, not only did I get very detailed information, but multiple emails back and forth on a Sunday. That was impressive and the unit worked well.

Oxiline - Setting the Standard

Oxiline is setting the standard for customer service. When I was having issues with the Pad detecting measurements, the technicians walked me through trouble shooting step-by-step. Unfortunately, the Pad had issues that could not be corrected. The technician expedited a replacement. The new Pad works and the data enables us to track workout progress through metrics like lean body mass etc. It is much more accurate than similar devices we have owned.

It did take a few calls to reach them…

It did take a few calls to reach them but today I did and spoke to Denzel. He was very patient. My scale was only showing wt not all the other body composition details. He did have me reset the scale ( button on side by charging port ) apparabtly u have to close out all apps on phone including the scale app then just open the scale app then get on it, of courseu have to wake it up first by a quick step on it till it reads Zero. We'll it worked! And ge explained how to read all the things regarding the results. CudoS to Denzel!! Thank you.

I appreciate that Oxiline offers a lifetime warranty! They sent a new unit to me. It was a bit of a process that took multiple attempts, but finally got through it. I’ve owned and used the Oxiline XS Pro…


I’ve owned and used the Oxiline XS Pro (blood pressure) since February 2026. I enjoy using it as it’s a huge improvement over my older Sunbeam.

PROs:
1. Performance ease and consistency of measurements.
2. Reasonable price for quality product well designed and built.
3. Cuff size, connection and storage.
4. External power using UBS or internal batteries.
5. Storage bag – perfect size for ease of use, including strap for portability.
6. Large alpha-numeric display.
7. Quiet operation.
8. Free Bluetooth application for connection to external device (cell phone) for external real-time measurement recording. Application permits adding personal notes (such as weight) to file in phone for printing results for review by cardiologists.

CONs:
1. User’s manual (start over on this one and use more ink) – needs to be re-written
2. User’s manual is too large to fit into soft case for the cuff and monitor – should carry for reference
3. It would be nice to have multiple measurements made when power is turned on – maybe 4 or 5 in a series with delay in between each measurement. (Professional machines have this feature.)
4. No external charging of batteries (there are rechargeable 1.5v batteries available)

Ordered smart scale a week and a half…

Ordered smart scale a week and a half ago and it is currently listed as “processing.” I had been charged. Leo the chat bot is AI and will only regurgitate my complaints back. E-mail’s ate unanswered. Someone asked if they are a legit company. I’ve looked up their info in multiple databases and they appear to exist. Their customer service is non-existent.

This company is an eleven out of ten!

First of all, the product(s) are awesome! I have 4 different Oxiline products. Scale, BP, Glucose meter and thermometer. I use them every morning and they all perform flawlessly!! I highly recommend the Oxiline products to anyone that needs the "equipment ". That being said, the best part, besides the excellent products, is the customer service. I had a couple little "glitches" that the Oxiline team jumped right on and provided the information that I needed. They communicated with me quickly and then followed up to make sure everything was up to speed. In short, the Oxiline team was an eleven out of ten!!! I can not tell you how much that means to an old guy like myself! Just AWESOME!! Thank you team!! Don't hesitate..make the purchases!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service - and good luck getting your money back... purchased the Pulse XS Pro via their web site. I immediately realized that I had purchased the incorrect item. Contacted within literally 5 mins of the order and they stated it had already shipped. So, I paid to have it shipped back along with tracking, etc. Still would not credit my CC, finally just called my CC company and disputed the charge which they credited me for the $84.53 cost.

Rebranded Guangdong Welland FG2305ULB

If you want a semi-accurate Chinese rebrand scale you can buy the Scale MD Pro or you can go on Alibaba and spend $30 instead of $200. They tell you they will ship with free expedited shipping but instead ship with UPS Ground Saver. I just finished week 2 of waiting and it still is not here. I will be returning this to them and getting my money back. (If they even respond which a lot of people seem to have a hard time with). I DO NOT recommend this company. Get a Withings or a Hume scale. Don't waste your time with this...
