Our plant was delivered on the 19th of January in bad conditions with broken leaves.
We have contacted the company both by email and by phone several times and we have still not had a reply.
We are not happy with the way the plant has been boxed up,but ,if the customer service had been present, it would have been a better experience.
Instead,due to complete lack of communication,the experience has been terrible so far.

After taking some time to deliberate on what plants I should buy, I decided to go with a spider plant and a small rubber plant. John assured me these plants were perfect for first-time owners and I can say they’re thriving!

Great service! After receiving a plant that had been damaged in transit (left out in the wind and rain by the courier), Cliah was really helpful in sending out a replacement to me. The second plant arrived on time and in great condition!

Terrible company! Plant arrived smashed up. Stand broken. Company refused to take responsibility. It is so hard to contact anyone in the company. It honestly needs shutting down. Awful experience!

My plant arrived in poor condition and did not thrive. I emailed this company about this on 3 occasions and phoned the number on the website. I have yet to receive any response…

I got my husband a small plant care gift set for Christmas so he can do a better job of keeping the houseplants alive than myself! The package came well wrapped and Oxy-Plants even offered a gifting service for me.

The plants were very big and healthy, and very well packaged, thank you. I had an issue with a pot and a plant that were different but they replaced it all very fast and now I have two very happy big plants. 5 stars!

Ordered an Areca Palm as a Christmas gift for my husband. The present came well-packaged and was in great condition. Thanks, Oxy-Plants!

Poor customer service. I have never received an answer to my emails.
i placed an multiple order and they did not care about it. The plants that received were not the same size as in the product photo.

I cancelled the order as it didn’t arrive by the date promised and I haven’t had a refund to this date. I’ve had to raise it via my credit card company.

The plants are really lovely at a very competitive price and after a problem with an order I was very pleased with the resolution and customer services from John.

I have just read the reviews, I wish I read them before I bought my plant. First of all when it arrived it was not the size they advertised so they emailed me back and they offered me 10% off. Then I emailed them again twice with pictures of all the leaves falling off and asked them to contact me. I have not heard anything, so I have just tried to ring them and left a message, but still nothing. It is disgusting that a company can treat the public like this when we pay a lot of money for the plants. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGRACEFUL, PLEASE EMAIL ME BACK TO GET THIS SORTED

Bought a large Monstera plant from this website. It got delivered with Yodel in a damaged box, not very well packaged. Box half open, soil falling out the bottom. The plant itself is damaged and has been for a long time due to the colour of the broken stems, leaves have bits missing, some stems broken in half and the cardboard box it was squashed into probably hasn't helped. I have sent photos and requested a replacement or refund ASAP as this is supposed to be a Christmas gift. PLEASE GET BACK TO ME AND SORT THIS!

I ordered a large Areca Palm and and a Lechuza Canto pot. Both arrived promptly and in excellent condition. I have repotted the palm and it is thriving. It arrived in a pot so there is no actual need to repot it.
Really pleased with it.

Put different addresses for billing and shipping when ordering online but the system automatically changed the shipping address when I chose AppalPay. Emailed the company and was sent a confirmation email that the shipping address was updated to the address I wanted the plant to be delivered. Two days later the plant was still sent to the billing address. Emailed the company and was told to contact Yodel myself and the history of my order on the second email, then heard nothing since. They changed me £4 for delivery and I still have to deliver the plant to its rightful destination myself! The after sale service is very poor. Never ever will order from them again.

Received a snake plant with the tips broken and hanging off. Obviously forced into the box. Was offered a discount of 10%, amounted to £2.60 which wouldn't buy much. Should have heeded other reviews (noticed they have turned off Google reviews). Pity because my local shop where I bought houseplants has closed and the other three plants were fine. Never again.

I ordered a ~Ficus Ginseng plant which arrived with no instructions. I rang the company and explained that I was new to Bonsai and asked how to look after it. Reply was pretty vague, just said give it a bit of water. Anyway after 13 days the leaves had all brown blotches on them and then they started falling off. I sent a photo with a email to Oxy-plants and they have not even acknowledged my concerns. The plant is now completely bare of leaves. I would never use this company again.

I recently bought a Dracaena Fragrans 'Riki' - 140cm +. On arrival the plant was a merely 119cm tall. They offered my a 25% discount, however the issue was the height and not the money, although now I have paid way too much for this plant. I asked for another solution and gave them days to respond… nothing absolutely no response. Aweful customer service. I will never buy from them again . They have mis sold me a plant and obviously are not interested in solving issues 😡

Ordered a Swiss cheese plant as a birthday gift. The display showed several pictures of the plant in a ceramic pot, but when I received the plant it was in a brown nursery pot.
I contacted customer services to complain that the pictures were misleading and they promised a manager would contact me.
No one has been in touch,in my opinion poor customer service

Fast delivery but poor quality of plants. Sent photos of the condition of the plants to company to show how they looked and stems just fell off. Only to be told that they maybe a bit distressed and not to worry if the stems fall off and remove any that are not healthy. If I was to do that I would be left with no plant. I don’t have much hope of survival with the plant.

Noticed similar comments as to the conditions of the plants on arrival by other reviewers.
