Used the service for the first time and…
Used the service for the first time and initially had a positive experience. The proxies were extremely fast and performed very well.
However, within 24 hours my entire IP range was blocked, despite not using the service for bots, scraping, or any illegal activities. This was quite disappointing.
After contacting support, the only solution offered was to purchase a new IP range, which felt unreasonable given the situation.
For remote work purposes, this setup does not seem reliable. I will be discontinuing the service and looking for alternative solutions.

Great product, great customer service
Originally purchased the residential proxies which didn’t suit what I was needing a proxy for.
Got on a quick call with Rokas who was extremely helpfully and explained all the different proxy’s and told me what would be the best for my use case. End up listening to his advice and purchasing dedicated ISP proxies.
Writing this review around a month, the ISP proxies are perfect, not had a single issue I can mention.
Big thanks to Rokas and Oxylabs for a great product and great customer service.

I reported the issue and there response is "we have no idea when the issue will be fixed". I am starting to think its scam, maybe they want to loot more by making me change proxy for which i have to repay lmao

Its a horrible experience. I paid for ISP proxies. Suddenly, they are not working. I asked for solution and its been 3 days, its still not working. They are saying we are working to fix this issue and its been 3 days and nothing is fixed. I asked how much time it will take to get resolved, they said We can't give you estimated time.
