Clean sofa, dirty driveway

Booked online using calendar showing availability, then told actually not available. Annoying but not the end of the world.

Sofa cleaned ok, floor all wet during but we have wooden floor so no real issue for us. If you've got carpet perhaps a problem.

Main issue was that they emptied the dirty water and cleaning fluid out all onto our driveway without asking, leaving dirty markings. So now I have a clean sofa but dirty driveway... they now tell me this is standard practice, so I guess as long as you're happy with that happening you're ok!

Happy with the Results

Satisfying Experience

"I recently booked OziClean for a carpet and oven clean, and overall, I’m pretty happy with the results. Alex was the technician who came over, and he was really polite and professional. He explained the process clearly and made sure I knew what to expect.The oven was in pretty bad shape, but Alex managed to remove most of the buildup, and it definitely looks a lot better now. The carpet also came out fresher and much cleaner, although a couple of the older stains didn’t come out completely.What I appreciated most was Alex’s attention to detail and the fact that he didn’t rush the job. Would give no stars if I could

Would give no stars if I could. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole!!! Scam company!!!!
Booked an oven clean & was confirmed by email.
OziClean didn’t turn up & sent an email to say the appointment had been cancelled.
When I questioned why this had been cancelled as I was waiting at the property for them they had the cheek to lie & say they spoke to me at 11am & I cancelled the appointment.
They even sent me a scam email & changed the phone number I gave them.
Complete waste of time & a joke of a company!!!!!
I would have more respect for them if they told the truth & said they possibly overbooked!!!
Looking back at their reviews on Trust pilot it seems this is a regular thing this company does!!!!

Oziclean avoid at ALL costs

This would be 0 stars if I was able to submit without any stars.
My stairs and landing carpet were ‘cleaned’ on Saturday by Oziclean. The carpet looks worse than it did before it started.
Shame I caught the technician in my kitchen taken selfies whilst his machine was running without being used.
When I emailed the company I was advised I only had 24hrs to raise a complaint. However, the carpet was still wet and I thought it was only fair to wait for carpet to fully dry.
In the response Ozi clean will state I have a dog as their defence. This is true, however we also have a stair gate (as seen in photo) as he isn’t allowed upstairs. They will also state I had tried to clean the carpet myself. This is untrue as I have recently had surgery and I am unable to, hence hiring a ‘professional’

Had my oven microwave and then stairs and landing cleaned, Alex came to do all of my cleaning and he was in an out with in the hour very rushed , lots of stuff missed on my oven and my carpets would not recommend this company.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !

Rude, unfriendly and untruthful and they damaged the cooker which now needs to be replaced at a cost of over £400 due to their technicians total incompetence.

I booked them to clean an oven, hob, microwave and carpets (Stevenage area). He used so much water cleaning the oven that the safety circuit breaker now (even after 6 days of drying time) trips every time and we have been told that the cooker has to be scrapped.

Because we didn't report this within 24 hrs they say they are not responsible. We had to arrange an electrician to investigate which obviously could not be carried out within 24 hours.

The OziClean technician lied saying the power was already tripped - not true. After cleaning the microwave and damaging the oven he then said he could not clean the carpets and he was going to leave.

He was a very rude and unpleasant man.

Please do not spend money on this company who hide behind a piece of paper you sign when the technician leaves as their "Terms and conditions".
They operate like a "tin pot" company and think its ok to cause damage by employing incompetent so called "technicians" who clearly do not know what they are doing.

We tried reaching out to them and asked them to refund the cost of the oven / hob clean and they have refused. Their customer service is as bad as the cleaning service they provide.

Avoid OziClean at all costs there are much better honest and decent cleaning companies out there I'm sure. Sadly OziClean are a disgrace.

Post OziClean's response which unsurprisingly is both inaccurate and misleading. The Oven was not "unplugged" it was simply switched off at the Oven switch next to the cooker. I did not demand £400 plus the cost of the clean, I just asked for the £60 clean to be refunded, but you refused point blank. Oh and your word "protocol" you are referring to the "sign this now and we promise never to deal with any issues we may have caused" piece of paper. I repeat AVOID !

When our technician arrived, he found the oven unplugged. He inquired about this and was assured by the woman present that it was intentionally turned off for safety reasons due to children in the house and that it was not broken. Based on this information, our technician proceeded with the cleaning.

After completing the cleaning, our technician provided a protocol, which was signed without any objections. This protocol ensures our customers are satisfied with the service provided. Our terms and conditions clearly state a 24-hour window for any issues to be reported. Despite this, we often make exceptions, but in this case, the appliance was already unplugged, and we are not equipped to handle electrical issues.

We were contacted four days later with claims of damage and demands for a refund plus £400 for a repair bill, along with threats of negative reviews if these demands were not met. We take such matters seriously but cannot tolerate blackmail.

Our company has a long history of satisfied customers and high standards. We regret any inconvenience caused but must adhere to our policies to maintain fairness and quality.

I booked an oven clean for my 84 yr old grandmother's free standing cooker. The technician attended on a Saturday morning to carry out the job, he advised that the oven was clean and didn't require it. My grandmother advised that it had to be carried out as when she uses it smokes and as she lives in sheltered accommodation it sets the house alarm off and then the main alarm in the building is activated.
I visited my grandmother 2 days later (Monday) and I found her very distraught, she advised me that her oven has been left in a bad way (residue from the clean), still not fully cleaned and her oven door no longer sits flush, so when she turns the oven on the heat escapes from both sides.
I contacted Oziclean on the mobile number they used to make contact with me, by sending a text message and pictures of the oven. I was instantly dismissed and advised that we should've logged this with in the 24 hours of the clean (which was impossible) - my messages were then ignored along with phone calls made. My grandmother has been left feeling even more vulnerable than she already is and upset. We have now spent £370 to replace the cooker so in total this so-called visit has cost £420.00 (replacement cooker & Oziclean's fee)!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE.

This response is full of lies, I only phoned twice on 20th saying how disappointed we were, then on 21st saying could I speak to someone about the rude text, which I then got another text saying it was English garbage interesting, you responded that whoever text saying I was a complete idiot meant he wasn't lying, alsoI didn't say for a start was it the rubbish cleaning company as I was in the lounge and didn't know who was at the door, would not have expected it to be oziclean as you texted and phoned saying he would be with us at 12 noon, thank you for the partial refund enjoy, which was handed to my husband with no conversation of wanting to come in and correct the cleaning standard, as I stated to you we used a torch in the small oven as it has no light in it hence noticing the state of it. However managed to get recommend a professional company to come and do the job right.

After posting this having given him a chance to correct cleaning just received a text saying 'youre a complete idiot' says it all about the company waiting for a phone call back from main office.

AVOID at all costs, terrible cleaning of our 2 ovens and saying it was an easy job. Small oven hadn't been touched except for the racks large oven not much better. Would never use again!!!!

since we are aware of your case regarding the cleaning of your range oven we want to clarify some things. As we do not work with subcontractors, we have extremely close monitoring of our technicians and we can guarantee that they strictly follow the cleaning procedures.

We take pictures of all the ovens before and after cleaning and in your case we do not find anything similar to your statements. In addition, at the end of the cleaning you have stated that you are satisfied with the cleaning. Later in the day you call the office, saying that you are not happy with the cleaning, and you want our technician to visit you the same day.

Later in the day you call the office, saying you are not happy with the cleaning, wanting our technician to visit you the same day, and we told you that we can send our technician to inspect and possibly re- cleaning / refund of this job. When our technician is at your door and your husband opens the door for him to go inside. At the same time, your voice is heard with the words - I quote: "Is this the rubbish from the cleaning company?"
We are sorry to surprise you, but our technicians also have the dignity and morale to stand up.
Accordingly, he has made a refund at the moment and returned the money to your husband.

As for us, this case is over and we believe that we have fulfilled our terms and conditions as it should be.
But despite this, you do not stop calling the office with insulting words and write negative reviews about us on websites.

Not thorough enough

Price was reasonable, they were available quickly enough and friendly enough. But the disappointing thing is it felt rushed, the oven clean took them only about 20 minutes, and afterwards my oven wasn't as clean as you'd expect it to be when paying for it to be done. Bit of a half hearted effort really, so wouldn't use again.

Initially I was over quoted so I cancelled the appointment only to be harassed by constant calls texts and emails.
On the day on the appointment they still turned up! Stupidly we went ahead with the appointment as we hadn't been able to get hold of our trusted 15 year oven cleaner.....lesson learnt here! He firstly tried to say that my last oven cleaner had changed the screws on the oven door!
He said I cant clean this its not possible, it is a clip and slide door....this should have been a warning to ask him to leave, but because I am disabled I just wanted it done.
What a waste of £50, he was in and out in 20 minutes! It always takes an hour....he left all the glass filthy and greasy, I knew by the smell he had only used oven pride, the bottom of the cooker was filthy, he had just smeared the grease about, it took 20 disposable cleaning wipes to lift off what we had left, absolutely waste of time and money.
This is no where near professional cleaning and if I wasn't shielding I would have thoroughly checked the oven before he had left and refused payment.
In my opinion they are untrained and quite frankly clueless as to what they are doing.
Will never use again.
Extremely disappointed in the least.

Excellent oven cleaning service.

Excellent service my double oven looks like new, very pleased with the service and will use Oziclean again, would fully recommend using this oven cleaning company again.

Cancelled appointment

Cancelled appointment by email 15 minutes before they were due to arrive then had the audacity to say I cancelled it!
I suspect they overbook as they are not sure how long jobs will take.

Earlier today, we sent you a copy of your booking cancellation via Google Calendar. As we told you, our system is fully automated and there is no way anyone can refuse booking "on their own" unless it is denied at the request of the customer.

We cannot afford to refuse bookings unless they are refused by the client or are of less value than our minimum charge, which is £ 40, which is not the case with you.
