Better companies exist... avoid Oziclean
I hoped not to have to write this review but unfortunately Oziclean are refusing to rectify their poor service. We hired Oziclean to clean our oven, microwave and extractor fan. The oven was left streaky, the shelves full of grease and the trays stained too. The extractor fan was also still full of grease. When I wrote to Oziclean to complain I was told that as I had not wrote to them within 24 hours of them attending they would not offer any sort of compensation or complete the job to a satisfactory standard. This is despite the house being unoccupied and the oven not being used at all since their visit. I would suggest finding a more professional company for your home cleaning requirements. In the end we just cleaned it ourself but this is not what you expect after having paid £60 for a 'professional clean'
