Missing half the purchase
The phone is good, but I had also ordered a phone case which never arrived. I understand now that the wallet case I bought is for the wrong phone, but I would have liked if you had told me why I never received it.
Update: After writing this review, a member of OzMobiles reached out to me apologising for the error and offering me a refund that was worth more than the phone case.

Don’t waste your time or money
Don’t waste your time or money. The phone stopped working 8 hours after I received it. Will not turn on or respond to any of the forced restart options. I paid for a brand new battery to be installed at the time of order and their solution is to give me a battery credit. I asked for a refund however they demand the phone is reset if it is been set up which I can not do as the phone will not turn on or respond 8 hours after I received it. You can not call and speak to anyone and the only communication is via email that is replied to once a day. Starting to think this is a scam company. Be very cautious.

Couldn’t fault ozMobiles
Phone arrived when promised in as new condition. Battery condition was as described. Couldn’t fault OzMobiles. Saved $500.
Service was also great. I accidentally ordered anew case for the wrong phone. When I contacted them to try and change someone had already noticed and changed the order for me.

Phone was in perfect condition and delivered on time although the discount email for new customers did not arrive till I placed the order and paid for the phone which was disappointing as I could have saved an additional $50
