The fact that I had issues with opening the chair due to server arthritis in both my hands & couldn't open the chair unassisted. Enquiried about sending it back,to be told that you have to pay for your return shipping to get the money you paid for the chair back.
So the chair that I can't open on my own, is now going to cost me more money to return it.
Don't bother,just in case you have issues.

After a very frustrating experience, I’ve finally received my refund for the camping chairs.

The return process itself was unnecessarily difficult — it took multiple emails and a firm follow-up just to obtain the return address. Even after the items were delivered back and tracking was provided, there was a further delay with no communication.

To their credit, the refund was eventually processed, but only after consistent persistence on my part.

Overall, I would suggest proceeding with caution. Customer service and communication could be significantly improved to make the experience smoother and more reassuring for buyers.

Chair arrived on time and in perfect condition. Was prepared for the initial tough set up but after a couple of times it was easy to get he legs to extend and lock in place. Finding it very easy to get in and out of even with my arthritic knee. Now it’s packed in the car boot and ready for the next adventure. Thank you Ozzi Gear.

I ordered 2 of their chairs because of good discount offered. As they are quite pricey I wouldn't have ordered them otherwise. After receiving them and assembling one, we found that they are too low.... I needed help to get out of it. My partner and I are elderly pensioners and there is no way we can use these. As their advertising stated 45 day no quibble return policy I contacted them.

Imagine my surprise when I was told that the refund policy does not apply to items purchased with a discount!! I was and continue to be bombarded with emails offering discounts. You have to trawl through a lot to find the "small print" that states this policy!!

To say we are unhappy is an understatement!! I would NOT recommend this company. Buyers beware!

Easy to assemble. We can easily carry them anywhere with ease. I have mobility issues which make it hard for me to sit down and get up but these chairs are just perfect and the bonus? They don’t cut into my legs.

I wished I had come to this site before I purchased 2 chairs. Both chairs arrived in crumpled boxes with chairs that could not be fully opened. After many emails, a couple of videos I was told I could return them. The cost for a return would be almost $200 Cdn.
When I checked this site all of the one star reviews described the experience exactly as I experienced. Gift them, resell them etc was the excuse. Never how can we right the wrong. Send them back on your own nickel not taking any responsibility for the problems.
I have never left a review, good or bad until now. I left it on this site because I couldn’t trust it would be shown on their own website. So many run arounds and like someone mentioned in an other review, the responses seemed AI generated, like they hadn’t even read what I wrote.
There are many reviews on this site and theirs that are favourable and maybe only a few one star but the experience is identical. Do you feel lucky?
I wasn’t able to open the chairs fully but enough to see they are quite short and probably not comfortable to get into if your knees are bad. If you can try before you buy they may work for you. That’s ok if you live in Australia but if not you’re taking a chance.

A follow up to Ozzi Gear response. They state that they do not supply shipping for returned products.

Yet if they were truly reputable, when their products arrive in crumpled boxes and are bent so they cannot be fully opened, they expect the purchaser to put out more substantial cash to return damages product. Make sure the arrive in proper condition and there would be no problem.

They again go on about gifting them or reselling them. I’ll try this again THEY ARE DAMAGED!!!!!

They have an excuse for everything to not have to take responsibility instead of providing customer service.

Anyways if you deal with them, most likely your experience will go well. If there is a problem, forewarned, you’re own your own. Good luck.

Bought two Ozzi chairs, was a bit in doubt about price but hey, I love it! Bring them everywhere! Very solid construction, compact, comfortable… they worth every euros! Or dollars lol

Used a couple of times now, great purchase. The chair is lightweight and easy to carry . Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of buying anything else.

Saw the ads on Facebook and as we are planning a South Island NZ motor home holiday we thought these were ideal for when we take a short hike and want a seat. We can take these in our luggage so that’s the main bonus. We have just given them a quick trial on a very windy day. We are pleased to recommend them

These chairs are light, sturdy and well made, would recommended them to anyone who finds their current chairs cumbersome or heavy. Has made a lot of difference when going out for lengthy walks. Also customer service of this company is second to none!

Saw the ads on Facebook and liked the compact nature of the chair while folded, while also allowing for a good relaxed posture while sitting in it. Relatively few steps to unfold and fold it, though the material is still a bit stiff, possibly as it is still new. This results in the final two buttons being a little difficult to get into position and requires a bit of force at the moment. Time will tell, but it has served us well every time we have used it so far.

An absolutely ideal product from great no nonsense company.Their chairs are so compact and so easily transportable....and very comfortable to sit in....and very easy to get out of....an important consideration after a certain age! Buying and delivery were absolutely hassle free.

It’s a very comfortable well built chair. Very easy to carry around and to put up as you don’t need to build it before sitting on it.

We have bought loads of camping chairs in the past, from foldable to collapsible, portable to "portable!" The Ozzi Gear Lounger beats every other chair hands down, in terms of comfort, portability and weight. Full back support, wide seating, robust and stable. It even has an integrated head rest! They are sufficiently compact to carry in our bike trailer (with the dog!) and we take them with us on cycling day trips, to lounge in the sun by the lake, or watch sunsets from the hilltop and wee-small-hours star gazing. There is a handy shoulder strap too, for added portability. They are a premium product, not to be compared with your run-of-the-mill camping chair!

Very disappointing experience with Ozzigear. Their so-called “45 Day No Quibble Return” policy is completely misleading. When my wife tried to return 2 chairs (one not even opened), they did everything possible to avoid accepting it. We tried one chair which was difficult to put up and uncomfortable to sit in.

Instead of processing the return, they suggested she gift the products to someone else if they weren't suitable — which is honestly ridiculous given the cost. On top of that, they required you to send multiple photos and kept adding hurdles rather than helping resolve the issue.

What’s worse, nowhere is it clearly stated that returns need to be sent back to Australia. Only after going through the process do they tell you — leaving you facing return shipping costs of around £80, which makes returning the item unrealistic, this lack of up front information contravrnes UK consumer law.

This is not a “no quibble” return policy at all. It feels designed to discourage returns altogether. I would strongly advise others to avoid.

NOWHERE on that page (or elsewhere) on your website does it say returns need to be sent to Australia! I've read it 3 times and even ChatGPT can't find it (offline copy saved incase you decide to change it) !

In reponse to their reply: I appreciate not accepting returns that have clear signs of use. This wasn't the case and was made clear before you requested photos.

They've also completely glossed over the bit about forcing returns be sent to Australia. Currently waiting for a response to an escalation.

Slow delivery. Lounger chair ordered 5 March, finally delivered 8 April. I do not have the physical strength required to put chair up or down - especially down.
False advertising. I applied for a refund, as 45 day returns were offered. However, they say no return if discount code was used, in spite of discount code & 45 day returns offer being in the same advertising email.

Extremely compact and very strong. These chairs are in a different league to standard camping chairs. Lightweight, easy to carry and comfortable to sit in. Stable too.
We have used ours to watch sport, take on camping trips and for days out. They go places we wouldnt dream of carrying normal bulky camping chairs. Highly recommended.

Chair is great . Easy to put up and put away. Bought 2 loungers to take out on days. Comfy with great back/ head support but so handy to carry around

Friends recommended the Ozzi chairs and after trying them out we decided to buy our own. We bought them for camping but can see that they will be our go to chair for watching sport, fishing, or just sitting around with friends. No more lugging our large collapsible over the shoulder heavy chairs anymore. The ozzi chairs are strong yet lightweight and the click system makes the opening and folding up so quick. They live in our car now ready to use anywhere!.
