Brilliant chairs. I bought 2 to take on an overseas beach holiday and have now bought another 4 for the extended family for camping. These chairs are comfortable, space savers, and easy to set up! Even with a knee injury, I find it easy to get in and out of the chair. 10/10!

I bought two chairs a couple of months ago. They were tried for the first time by a friend of mine. One chair was to hard/impossible to open. Contacted Ozzi Gear and without any hassle they have send me a new one. (Australia to the Netherlands) Really good service! They mean the "lifetime warranty!

These chairs are so light and compact, yet so comfortable. Wouldn’t live without them now

Purchased two Ozzie gear chairs for using at the beach while we are drone fishing.Love these compact,comfortable chairs.They fit perfectly on electric beach cart and make the fishing expeditions so much easier.

I recently purchased the Ozzi Outdoor Chair. It is everything that it is claimed to be. Lightweight, portable and compact. It is perfect for what I bought it for. I often go on rides with motorcycle clubs and find their are no chairs available or, if there are, they are uncomfortable for me to sit on. The chair folds down small enough to easily fit in my motorcycle panniers or if they are full of luggage it is able to be securely held on my rear motorcycle rack. I thoroughly recommend this to anyone who is in need of a comfortable compact outdoor chair. I give it a 10/10.

I’ve tried many portable chairs over the years for camping, sitting in the garden, taking the beach and they’ve always been very heavy,awkward to carry, uncomfortable and overall just not functional. I ordered 2 compact chairs, paying a lot more than I would usually for the compact and lightweight design.
My issue with this company is I wanted to return one chair as my husband found it uncomfortable. However what is nowhere on their website when ordering is that returns need to be posted back to Australia - the postage was £40 or more from the U.K.!
When ordering I had expected a return centre in the U.K. like most companies that advertise here. This must be made completely clear on the Returns part of their website, for customers to be aware of the risk, as it is prohibitively expensive as an international customer to make a Return

Love the chair easy to set up and fold down, comfortable to sit on and not difficult to get up from.

The company has great products backed up with a responsive after sales service, this is a crucial combination to their customer's, just read the reviews.

We have many foldable chairs over the years and none of them compare to these Ozzi chairs, the robust strength is what we notice the most, no wobble wobble when sat in them like others we have.
Also the height is much better to get in and out of, they are compact, they are perfect
I must say I keep this chair in the car or bike whenever we go out as its always useful and takes up little to no space at all, sometimes we are just out and decide to stop, two seconds to unfold and you have a comfortable option to sit, I’m definitely going to order another one.
Maybe slightly more expensive than others but as far as I’m concerned you pay for quality and I think we will get plenty of years out of it .

As stated on their website, not the quickest in delivery due to many factors, but, taking that into consideration I believe it to be in quite an acceptable time frame.
It arrived within a couple of weeks but due to unseen weather conditions was unable to use it immediately. However, when I did, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to assemble. I used it at a local tennis game and the response from other people was "OMG, that is just what I need for camping" another was "Wow, that is so much better than these clunky chairs, perfect, where did you get it". I sat for about an hour in it and found it to be ultra comfortable. It's so compact, but sturdy. Can see many uses for this going forward..... Just stays in my car, taking up no room at all, or can just chuck it on my shoulder and carry it down to the local beach. So versatile.

I ordered 2 chairs they arrived late for a gift, but could live with that. I unpacked one chair and couldn’t even manage to get the thing up properly the leg structure was extremely stiff and having arthritic hands didn’t help. Decided I would have liked a refund for both chairs as they weren’t fit for my purpose.
What OZZI GEAR fail to tell you in their 2023 returns policy is that they must be returned to Australia at your own expense. The packaging had an address in the UK, but I was informed this address was a shipping agent and not a return address. I priced postage to send to Australia £80.00. Overall I feel this Company have misleading information , the chairs are expensive I would have willing paid UK shipping and don’t understand why they can’t have a UK return address. Yes customer service is ok but beware if you want a refund. Wish I had never seen OZZI GEAR.

I will be making it a focus to protect other consumers from your scammy site and deplorable delivery of god knows what sort of products. The ACCC will be notified and in time a bank of angry customers will be heard.

I took a chance & I’m so happy. I’ve been after a light weight but sturdy chair that I could easily carry to take mainly to the beach. I know this little chair will be my great adventure partner.
