I took a chance & I’m so happy. I’ve been after a light weight but sturdy chair that I could easily carry to take mainly to the beach. I know this little chair will be my great adventure partner.

Initially ordered two chairs, they are absolutely fantastic! easy to carry, super easy to set up, perfect for any occasion. Really love the little groundsheet as well, such a fabulous and useful addition. We were so impressed that we ordered another two chairs, and the delivery was super quick. I just received two chairs, they haven't had much use yet, but initial set up was easy - it took a little muscle to fully extend the back, the first time, every time after that it didn't take any extra effort. They are light weight, sturdy (I'm 6 feet, 225 lbs) and comfortable. Maybe I should have bought the Outdoor Lounger - or that will be my next purchase. Take-down was even easier and fit's within the pouch it came with - no stuffing or refolding. I wanted something for the car, easy set up, portable. This chair is it!

It was sold as a lightweight outdoor chair. I am five foot 3 inches. It dug into the back of my legs. The chair was so uncomfortable. So I emailed ozzi gear and got a reply from Peter the owner. I asked to return it for a refund. He suggested I take a pillow or give it to a friend. How is that for customer service? Unfit for purpose. No offer to make good. Buyer beware.

I now have two Ozzi chairs. They are as advertised: compact, comfortable, durable, strong and easy to set up and put away. I have lugged around large camping chairs for years…..these are a complete game changer. Even the dogs love it! Thank you

My 2 chairs arrived yesterday and I have followed the “Putting up your chair for the first time “ instructions Which were emailed to me prior to delivery, so customer care gets a big up there. Initial thoughts are that they are very light, great colour (I’ve gone for 2 in orange) and very easy to put up. They are currently left set up for a while as recommended and first impression is that they are comfortable, especially for the size, the lounge chair version looks even better but my budget couldn’t stretch for the extra, I would also say there is no colour choice on the lounge chair so that was a deciding factor also. So I’ve yet to use them in anger but they look and feel great, so hopefully all will be good

The chair is exactly as described, easy to carry, easy to put up, comfortable and easy to collapse down again. The customer service and life time warranty I can vouch for since my original chair was slightly faulty and it was replaced with minimal hassle and with speed

As I have mentioned in my video, we travel to Hawaii each year and every year we buy beach chairs and spend about $100 US. When we are ready to come home, we leave the chairs behind as they do not fit i our suitcase. The Ozzi chair is compact, fits in our suitcase, easy to assemble and comfortable for hours of sitting in the Hawaiian sun.

We LOVE this chair. I purchased the first one for the size only. I needed a compact chair for all the outdoor activities we do year round. Once I set it up in the living room, my husband tried it out and immediately wanted one! we now have two ;-) It is small(compact) and lightweight with a great carry bag that has a strap that fits comfortably over the shoulder. The surprise was how comfortable it is and how easy it is to get in and out of. The claims Ozzi Gear makes have all been proven to be accurate. The only negative I can find, in my opinion, is the price. Totally worth it though. This chair, because of its size, ease of set up, and comfort can be used year round for anything necessary. Our uses included, in the boat, the garden, camping, soccer practices with the grandkids, summer festivals & park picnics, the beach, up at the ski hill for viewing races, and the many mountain bike trips we do where we picnic or find incredible vista's to enjoy. Once ordered it took roughly two weeks to arrive. Because of it's size I can easily tuck it away in my closet when not in use to keep it clean and ready for the next adventure.

I really wanted to love Ozzi Gear, but unfortunately my experience has been incredibly disappointing from start to finish.

I purchased three chairs. They arrived so late that the one I’d bought as a gift, missed the intended gifting date, and the recipient had already returned overseas, so I had to organise a return for that one.

They arrived in crushed boxes, missing one ground sheet, and had not been sent from Australia as their website says. Communication throughout this process was slow and difficult, and it was only when I followed up with emails from my work address that I finally got a response.

Shortly after, one of the remaining chairs broke after only a handful of uses. My daughter (22) was sitting on hers beside me when there was a loud crack and the chair collapsed, causing her to fall. Broken pieces of the internal mechanism fell out, and the chair could no longer be erected and used.

I sent photos and details as requested, and was told a replacement would be arranged. After that, there was no communication for over a month. I only received a response after following up again, but even then was told this, so they obviously get a high number of returns. “Please rest assured that your replacement has not been overlooked. We are currently processing warranty replacements in the order they were received, and yours is in our system. We can confirm it will be shipped within this month or early next month.” WOW.

Eventually, the replacement chair did arrive, but the overall experience was frustrating, slow, and poorly communicated throughout. I definitely could not recommend this company.

It’s also worth noting that after purchasing, customers are offered a free chair in exchange for leaving a review with photos or videos. This would help explain the extremely high number of glowing reviews.

The chairs are expensive, and based on my experience, both product durability and customer service fell well below expectations.

I would encourage potential buyers to consider this before purchasing.

I am so impressed with the two chairs that i purchased prior to a fishing trip, and wanted portable, light chairs for the beach. These Ozzi Gear chairs do it all, portability, comfort and so so compact..Love them

Super portable chair, we searched the internet for lightweight /small chairs, but could not find any as good as these Ozzi chairs, they are a bit stiff to put up initially, better this than loose like others on the market . Quality is very good, so should last a long time. these are more expensive than others on the market but the quality is top class, they are so good we bought two, we also asked for the free sand attachment, this stops the legs digging into the sand, a excellent idea, Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Took a very long time to receive order. Once received, broke on first use. Asked for a warranty replacement that never got sent. Then asked for a refund and was dismissed several times company stating order will be fulfilled in a couple of days. It was not.

This company is extremely ingenuine. Their design is generic. Same design can be seen sold by companies like Darche. Customer service was terrible. I suspect the complaints are handled by an AI system.
I also suspect this is a drop shipping set up and there is nothing 'OZZI' about it.

Downright scammers.

Ordered two lounge chairs from Ozzie gear on the 17th of March, emailed them 3 times and so far I have not received the chairs, nor I have received a response to my emails. The is no phone number to contact them either. This is highly dissapointing, as I bought the chairs to take away over Easter. The producy may have good reviews but Customer service has let me down. If I dont get a response with an update for the status of my order by COB, I will be cancelleling my order and reporting them to fair trading. This not how you run a business.

Consider this carefully nearly all the chairs are discounted and they will not give a refund if you are unhappy with a "discounted" product.
We found the chairs to be uncomfortable and unsuitable for our needs.

I ordered this Ozzi Gear chair for a few key reasons—comfort, convenience, and quality—and after a month of use, I can confidently say it delivers on all three.

Setup is incredibly quick, taking around 10 seconds, and packing it away is just as easy at roughly 20 seconds. The chair is very comfortable and, unlike some cheaper or bulkier options, it doesn’t dig into my shoulder blades. The seating angle is spot on, making it ideal for use outdoors, and I’ve even found myself using it around the house as it sits at a more comfortable height than my sofa for putting my feet up!

Delivery was also faster than advertised, which was a nice bonus.

Overall, this chair has completely replaced my previous outdoor seating, and I’ll definitely be ordering a second one for my partner.

Perfect chair for outdoor activities and camping

I ordered two lounges and four ground sheets on 18th of February which showed that they were in stock and delivery would be 7 to 12 days and they were ordered for a trip we are going on at the end of March !

After I had chased them a couple of times they came back and said that they had had some quality assurance issues and that they would be dispatched shortly.

I have today on the 25th of March received one lounger and one ground sheet with no idea of when the balance will be received.

This company sells themselves on quality and reliability, but their customer service and delivery are far from this.

I really am annoyed at this company and in particular the false promises have been given from allegedly Peter who owns the company !

The crazy thing about this is that the lounger itself is really comfortable and I am happy with that but their service is appalling !

We received the other lounger and one of the groundsheets later that day without any notification apart from earlier that day a notification that the order had been completely delivered which it hadn’t up to then !
Ozzie Gear you need to sort out the logistics as this is what is letting you down.
Loungers good so far but whole order still not complete and no idea when it will hence upgraded to 2 stars.

Perfect chair! Easy to use, light to carry, looks amazing, sits perfect!
