Not trustworthy
We rented at caravan from p-concept. During the booking concept we added a set of camping furniture (table and 4 chairs) the ADAC "gate" also stated that a tent to the cavaran was given to all ADAC customers (no exceptions mentioned). However, when we got the caravan there was only two chair and no tent. They would not give us either even though the had extra chairs in the store at the site. When we got back we were promised that we would get a compensation but in the form of a reduced cost for repairing a small ding. From the bill we received we cant see this. Also they refuse to send photos proving that they have indeed done the repair they claim they have done
