Unfortunately, due to the nature of official event tickets, they are issued as non-refundable and non-resellable through our platform, which is clearly explained during the booking process. That said, we do appreciate your idea and will take it into consideration as we continue working on improving our service.

Exceptional service from the company, providing tickets in less than 16 hours. Had a really sublime experience on multiple occasions at Villa Park as well as Wembley. Couldn’t have asked for any better.

Great experience
Was looking for tickets for a charity football match and P1 Travel came up in my search, I was sceptical at first as the price was good but I messaged them with the few questions I had and the responses were fast and super helpful. I booked the tickets, they were emailed over when they said they would be and everything was great. Plus the seats were amazing and I got a gold star for mum of the year! P1 Travel is not at fault, but we took the plane at 6:30 PM instead of 12:30 PM. So we missed the match in Milan.

Great Service!
