I can’t praise this software and team enough! Everything is so well-organised and handled for me, which made the whole process stress-free. The 24/7 support is fantastic – every question I had was answered clearly, and all of my concerns were addressed and resolved with professionalism. The team is knowledgeable and dives right in to your back office processes with great suggestions when you need a digitized or simple solution. The only thing that upset me is that Pabau didn't live upto their promise of not charging any further till I reach the minimum agreed number of patients, and they started charging me a monthly fee on top of the upfront payment for the package.
